Professional complete service from start to finish

The window that is installed is great. We are pleased with it.

I recently (2025) had new windows, doors, porch and conservatory installed by Crown MK.
I had a number of quotes from varying companies and ultimately I chose Crown.

Everybody that I have dealt with have been professional, courteous and very helpful. Guiding me they planning (whether or not it was needed), helping with paperwork where necessary due to my restricted vision.

The whole process was made simple, as Crown were prepared to advise and then wait whilst I made decisions and at no time did I feel pressure from them. Any issues that arose were promptly sorted and the site work was done extremely efficiently, first the window and doors were fitted, we then had to wait for council to contact me once I was happy to go ahead Crown came to do groundwork for porch and conservatoy, then once concrete was poured and given time to harden another team car to install the framework and glazing.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Crown for any of the above works to anybody that is looking to improve a home.

As I said very proffessional, courteous and knowledgable. A 5star experience for me!!

We have just had all new windows and doors fitted by Crown Windows and we are absolutely delighted with the works carried out. It really was such a simple process from the initial visit by Nathan, Sales Consultant who explained everything we needed to know about the window and door construction, the cost, to the actual installation carried out by the fitting team,Del and Mason. The workmanship was absolutely first class, they turned up on the agreed date and time, carried out the installation in two and a half days, caused minimum disruption and cleaned up after them. We are delighted with the completed job and would definitely recommend Crown Windows.

From initial inquiry to completion everything went smoothly and efficiently. The finished product looks excellent. Rob is such a meticulous and conscientious worker.

A first class experience from start to finish.
We had a considerable home improvement project and invited 5 businesses to quote. Crown were by far the best company. Sales person Nathan shared our vision and introduced some great suggestions, he was professional and efficient.
Project manager Lionel managed the whole thing seamlessly and the key install team of Adam and Ben were courteous, clean and tidy and did a brilliant job. They were ably assisted by two younger lads, another Adam and his mate whose name I’ve forgotten (sorry).
We would have no hesitation in recommended this family owned local business to anyone irrespective of the size of your home improvement project.

The initial visit to measure up and quote was great with rep coming up with some really helpful ideas on the door opening the opposite side to give me more space which was really helpful.

Good value for money, good communication throuhout the process (Nathan and Don were particularly personable). And the installer's work looked great and the caulking and sealing was very neat indeed.

I have used crown conservatories on a couple of occasions to replace my doors and windows and have always found them very professional from beginning to end. I have also called them out quite sometime later and had repairs done under warranty with absolutely no hassle.
This time they provided the same incredible service to replace the windows on my mums house.
