Terrible experience. They changed our flights with QATAR airways, because we couldn’t transit Doha, to an inferior airline, LUFTHANSA. WHICH THEY REFUSE to alter.

Suzanne (Cruise 1st agent) went above and beyond, patiently looking through all the options we kept changing until our holiday package was perfect for us.

Your representive who assisted us with our initial inquiry for a back to back cruise in the med, provided us with a quote as requested within a good timescale. Unfortunatly the cost exceeded our expected budget, so we asked about another couple of cruises which he provided information about. We eventually decided on what we wanted to do and he sorted it all out to our satisfaction. Great service and very professional.

Booked a holiday to Japan before flights announced and explained at the time of booking plus a further two occasions that my daughter had a peanut allergy as I was worried about the flight. When the flights came out they were not direct and with Cathy Pacific - this airline has peanuts on board and so not suitable - very disappointing - will have to cancel.

We booked an MSC Alaska cruise, whilst on a cruise we had booked through cruise 1st. The cruise was not for nearly 2 years but we were encouraged to book it to get the best price. Not long after we booked this our daughter got engaged and planning to get married the month before we were supposed to go to Alaska. We could not afford to do both. Contacted cruise first straight away and we were told that we would lose our deposit unless we transfered the deposit to another MSC cruise and we had until June 2026 to decide which cruise to change it too. We decide to change to a Caribbean cruise in 2027 but when they gave us the price they were charging us over £500 more than the price were had been given through MSC. We were told it was because we were not new customers, so dont get a discount. We said it was actually cheaper to lose the deposit and book the cruise from someone else. We had to cancel the cruise via email. We then got an email saying that not only have we lost the £400 deposit they were charging us £75 admin fee for cancelling the booking. This is absolutely disgusting. Talking about ripping people off. We will definitely not be booking through them again. We could have booked many more cruises so they have missed out on a lot of future bookings.

We had a last minute holiday to book and it was hard to try accommodate the dates we passed on but with Millie being very helpful and giving us a lot of options we managed to book a holiday.
