Cruise1st Reviews 

We booked a cruise package with Cruise 1st in November 2024 and paid in full several months ago, including Emirates flights (EK417 Sydney–Dubai). The trip is approaching and the flights have still not been ticketed, meaning we cannot access the Emirates system to pre-book seats.

This is a 14-hour sector and securing legroom seats is very important to us. I have sent two emails requesting confirmation of ticketing and the Emirates PNR but have received no response at all.

All I am asking for is:• clear confirmation of when the flights will be ticketed,• the Emirates booking reference as soon as issued, and• basic communication from customer service.

As the package organiser controls the ticketing date, any loss of suitable seating caused by delayed ticketing would be outside of our control. We have tried to act early and reasonably, but are currently unable to secure seats solely because the tickets have not been issued.

The lack of response is disappointing for a fully paid holiday booked back in November 2024 and is leaving us anxious about seat availability. I hope Cruise 1st will escalate this urgently and make contact.

After wanting two cabins, I made an enquiry on line, and Farak rang me back today, and left me a message. I rang her later and we discussed what I required, she was able to assist me very quickly and get the two cabins with balconies next to each other. She went through everything professionally and thoroughly, making it an easy experience to book and know what we required for the trip from starting off to the end. The price was a real winner too. So thank you Farah. I hope the trip and staff are as good as you are.
