Janine saves the day !

Advisor Janine was absolutely superb when
(even after a few days of trying )
I just couldn't book transfers from ship to airport with Holland America
I found it absolutely impossible.

(who was very understanding of my plight)

My ‘Go to’ OTA for cruise holidays!

I have used Cruise nation around 8 or nine times now and you can’t beat them for value for money! We have a cruise booked for end of April to Japan (a 60th birthday treat). I wanted a different hotel in Tokyo and was in touch with Kimberley at Cruise Nation customer service. She honestly couldn’t do enough for me! She was extremely helpful and gave me a number of options to choose from. Within about 5 minutes I had the payment link and confirmation. Thanks so much!

Cruise Nation have been extremely…

Cruise Nation have been extremely helpful with any questions and queries that we have regarding our booking. Right from the word go, (October 2025) Charlene Joyce was very helpful when completing the actual booking as we required 2 cabins. Following this we were transferred to Kimberley in Customer Services (unfortunately don't have her surname), who has been most helpful with all my queries (of which there have been a few!) being very quick to answer and sorting anything which we have been unsure of.

Ryanair - cancelled our flight

Laura was our link on this occasion with Cruisenation

We had our flight cancelled - thought it was going to be a nightmare getting it changed etc - NO!
We called Cruisenation - spoke with Laura and we were sorted:
New flight
Hotel stay - due to the cancellation the next convenient flight was the following day - was arranged at a great price

Great experience throughout!

From our initial booking enquiry with Shirley everything has been excellent. We were looking at last minute options for our first cruise and Shirley found a great deal sailing from Miami on MSC World America with a hotel stay in the city for 3 days beforehand. While on board we got the opportunity to add on an extra week’s cruise and we couldn’t have asked for more help to sort out flights to make it all work. Shirley picked up our email request and got onto it and we then spoke to Jemma on the phone who followed up to tell us what was possible and then Laura finalised all the flight changes for us. All have been very helpful and personable, I would definitely recommend Cruise Nation based on our great experience.
