The wife contacted Cruisenation as we have used before. Rachel was the contact and omg every enquiry and question was addressed. So Rachel arranged a call back after the quote. Yes very happy with our package not just a cruise, but flights hotels amtrax and a cruise all with one company ❤️. She even quoted for family members different scenarios for the package nothing to much for her. Then after she had clocked off for work, we decided to change 1 Hotel stay. The wife said I will send her an email to change. Thinking she would read next shift. 😳Next thing an email yes I can get it changed.Then 22.15 email stating full cost to change (no admin charge better hotel) and if ok she will get it changed. Thats going the extra mile.
Highly Recommend Cruisenation and hopefully they read this review and feedback to an excellent consultant

Olivia came to the rescue
The phone was answered very quickly when I was forwarded to the right department.
Olivia was extremely helpful she was prepared to go the extra mile to help with the problem caused by Aer Lingus who were changing the flights we were booked on. She returned my call as promised with the new schedule and alternatives. Thank you so much Olivia you helped ease the stress of it all. I wish there were more Olivia’s in the world problems would be so much easier to solve. She is a credit to Cruisenation.

Issue with on board credit
I noticed an issue that some of our onboard credit was missing. I contacted customer service and spoke to Janine who fully understood the issue and promptly contacted the cruise company and its now all sorted. Thanks Janine for the excellent service.

Excellent Cruise Nation booking management assistance
I rang Cruise Nation booking management regarding some querries I had about our forthcoming cruise. My call was answered promptly by Olivia, who was able to deal with my querries efficiently and in a helpful manner, which was reassuring. Olivia also emailed me straight after the call with very helpful information, 'phone numbers and links I needed - very useful.

Do not pay your hotel to help out cruise nation
We booked 3 days niagara, 3 days New York and a weeks cruise to Bahamas. Everything went ok beforehand up until we arrived at New York at 11pm at night to find out that our hotel reservation had been cancelled 3 days before we arrived and there was no rooms. Obviously it was late at night and we phone cruise nation who then phoned us back 30 min later and they then had a conversation with hotel but got back to us saying they would change the hotel. To cut a long story short we eventually had to accept another hotel at 3am for 2 nights and then find another later for the third. However it turned out the hotel did not take cruise nation form of payment so I paid the hotel with agreement with cruise nation and they would pay us back. ( that was 3 months ago and they still have not paid despite contacting them consistently) as you can expect 2 nights in New York is almost £1000. This is an absolute disgrace. There was many issues around the third night too that was alarming

Arriving at Charles Hurst Nissan Newtownabbey I was impressed at the cleanliness of the showroom I was met by a member of staff who listened to what I needed
I was then offered a seat and coffee
We discussed my needs and what would be best for my disability I was offered a test drive.I had many questions Simon was very knowledgeable about all the cars and I order a Duke
The staff at the section of Charles Hurst are most welcoming and respectful .I had a wonderful experience. Thank you Newtownabbey Nissan

KLM cancelled our flight two hours after check-in, and just before our taxi was booked. Olivia at Cruise Nation managed to save the start of our cruise by quickly rebooking on a different airline, before we arrived at the airport!
