Dimitri at Crystal Life was the perfect broker for us for all the above reasons. From the moment we stepped into his office to provide ID and payroll details we felt reassured we had made the right choice.

We ended up purchasing a Help to Buy scheme which required a lot of input from Crystal Life but their attention to detail and dedication to the cause was top class throughout. Even when the developer selling the property was not forthcoming with the required information to enable us to fully process our mortgage application, we never felt overly anxious as Dimitri would follow every detail to ensure that nothing went awry.

We cannot thank them enough and we are now well settled in our newly converted apartment set within a former Millhouse in Zone 2 London. Thanks again Crystal Life!
