Mr Lee's excellent service.
Mr. Lee of Crystal Travel was very helpful and very caring when I wanted to get a refund on my airline fare. It was non-refundable, but he helped me get a medical refund (because of my bad kidneys). I have not experienced this degree of politeness and care from an airline or agency before. I am very grateful.

Excellent customer support
This was my first time booking an international flight (Seattle to Qingdao) with Crystal Travel, and I had a wonderful experience. Marc Lee, the agent who assisted me, was extremely helpful when the airline unexpectedly changed my flight. He quickly found me another option and made the process smooth and stress-free.
What I really appreciate is being able to speak directly with a live agent. Unlike other platforms such as JustFly or FlightHub, where you can only communicate through text, Crystal Travel provides real, personalized support. Their prices are also very competitive, so having both affordability and excellent service makes them stand out.
Thanks to Marc’s assistance, I will definitely be booking future flights with Crystal Travel.
