Ban You For No Reason
Bad enough they keep forcing password resets on you. Even worse one username/password for every version of CSpace out there, but each requires a separate reset. But then they go and lock my account because of too many failed log in attempts, refuse to send me a reset link. Then when I ask for help, they just tell me they're removing me from their programs and denying me my rightfully earned rewards (no explanation given). And I'm not the only one they do this to, mind you. Guess they hate having to let so many users redeem rewards every month, so they kick us out for you know, engaging in the site as they insist you must.

An upsetting experience
I was invited to a panel called ‘The Business Connection’ back in October and I was told that my incentive would be sent 1-2 weeks after the study. After waiting for about a month I reached out and my emails went unanswered for weeks and when I finally heard from someone they assured me that my incentive would be coming and it’s still not received. This has been an upsetting experience. I have already contacted a lawyer regarding this and will be ready to move forward if I don’t hear anything

Interesting Market Research Opportunity, Support Takes Time
I was a community member in one of CSpace's market research communities where I was asked periodically to provide feedback on various client specific topics. It was a very interesting experience with very interesting topics. Members received gift cards for their contributions. I will say I had difficulty redeeming some gift cards and it took time for support to respond but my issues did get resolved thanks to the CSpace team. For those having issues redeeming gift cards do reach out but please be patient and respectful and you should eventually get a response. The experience was well worth my time and I recommend anyone invited to a community to give it a try.
Scammers - Fake Raffles
I have been a participant for some time now for Gemini AI conducted by C-Space They stated they had a Raffle for 100 Lucky winners that will win $50. They recently posted the winner names and my name was on it. After numerous inquiries why I havent received the $50 they told me t was a different John D. Problem is... there is no other John D
I scoured all previous tasks and posts and no John D EVER participated. I come to find out that they did the same to quite a few participants.
I am reporting them to the Division of Consumer Affairs and the FTC for Fraud. There are laws regarding Raffles and they violated quite afew of them.
TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE... THIS LOOKS AS THOUGH GOOGLE/GEMINI IS IN ON THE SCAM... NOT GOOD FOR YOUR REPUTATION.

I’m a long-time Hatch Community member- the company has definitely taken a turn for the worse since implementing an automatic flagging system that is incredibly flawed. I hope word spreads to brands shelling out for C Space’s services that the data gathered at this point by the Hatch team is questionable at best due to their faulty systems in place (including a number of user interface issues toward the end of my time using the app rendering the data gathered useless). Customer service for Hatch community members is nonexistent at this point. My advice is to steer clear of this company, both for brands and potential community members.

I was testing the Google Gemini AI app for them, in reality what you are doing is training it, not testing it.
I brought to their attention the fact that Gemini had access to parts my device that wasn't given, including location, files, etc.
Furthermore Gemini lied to me about this when confronted, yes AI can, and will, lie to you.
In fact Gemini lied to me like a child three times in a row, each time lying about it's previous lie, it was hilarious.

Anyway, I let cspace know that this was going on and they shut my account down, citing other reasons, so cspace lied to me too.
What bothers me is the lying, very very low compensation, and having to download an incredibly intrusive app to my phone under false pretenses.

Received an email invitation to a social media feedback panel that was supposed to focus on the negative experiences people have had on various social media platforms I did not seek out this invitation I should mention it should have occurred to me that it was a scam as the date ( 9.11.24) in reality was a Wednesday but communicated by this company as (9.10.24) they couldn't even get the date right. It's a shame that there are so many scam survey panels out there
Low Pay or No Pay
The company was sold to the lowest bidder in 2023. Since then it is touch and go whether they pay you or not. They expect people to be excited enough to be invited to their panels to want to work for free. If you are upfront that this is volunteer work, it's fine, but don't promise incentives you have no intention of paying out. That is fraud.

Hatch by C Space used to be great until they implemented an A.I. system that falsely flags you. Never let your rewards sit on your account for that reason. Redeem all rewards immediately.
I should have known better, and said no to the whole thing.
I should have came here before I fell for the scam. I actually did an assignment and a survey with them, and signed several release forms. She tells me I'm going to receive $100 for each. They send only one, than have me waiting for a month, yet the other giftcard never came in. They refuse to communicate with you, because they know they're in the wrong. So I asked after weeks of her lying to me if I'm going to receive the rest of the money they promised me, and her answer was flat out NO, with no explanation. I think they're bigots out of San Francisco, because one of the lady's face turned up sidedown when she saw I was of color. I'm too trusting of these organizations, when I've been told by other people who they really are. I'm just sad that I fell for it, I should have known something wasn't right. I also worked on the Gemini project, and they weren't consistent with that either.

I was a part of the recent Gemini project. Even following all the protocols and instructions, taking a part in the activities and doing everything by the book. I was removed from the community with just a basic reason without any payment for my efforts and hard work. Not even the reason was further elaborated. Is this how things are supposed to be done? I find this highly unprofessional and irresponsible. Not only that they’ve provided a link for the activity, only to remove me from the community later. This is my first and the worst experience ever! Very disappointed.

What a scam!
I was part of a beta testing group for the upcoming final release of GEMINI AI to the Google platform.
We were promised incentives for filling out surveys.
The problem is, that so many people were not paid for the amount of surveys completed.
C Space purposely did not properly communicate the terms of incentive payments. Participants were never notified that they would reach a cap on the incentives they had earned. Participants continued to spend their valuable time completing surveys not knowing they would not be paid for them.
This is nothing short of deceptive practices on the part of C Space. I am amazed that a company like Google would partner with them given the considerable amount of negative reviews that are posted across the Internet about this company.
Scam! Do NOT use C Space for anything, especially Google Bard testing!
I joined from a survey provider to test Google Bard AI and after a few weeks, they claimed I wasn't participating. (I was, and sent them the proof when requested several times.) These people stopped paying me for my work and banned me from my account, sending what was basically a threat if I tried to contact them to rectify the situation they caused. They never responded back once I provided proof each time and I have not been paid for weeks of work. This was months ago and I have tried many times to get a response for them to take action to fix their mistakes. They do nothing. Before I was banned, there were multiple other people in the discussion boards complaining about the same failure of payment and threats of a ban due to inactivity when they were not inactive and doing the work. They continue to send me e-mails to participate as if I'm still a member too! It has been nearly six months and they still send e-mails to participate when they banned me without pay. The unsubscribe button results in an error so I can't stop receiving them. This is a scam or shoddily run program. Either way, stay away!!!
