I had a great experience with CST…
I had a great experience with CST Training while completing my CSCS Health & Safety course. As an international student I sometimes find it difficult to understand a strong British accent but the trainer was extremely patient professional and supportive. They explained everything clearly and spoke at a pace that was easy to follow. Whenever I didn’t understand something they were happy to repeat and explain it again without any hesitation.
The course was well organised informative and easy to understand which gave me the confidence to pass my test. I really appreciate the trainers kindness and dedication. I would highly recommend CST Training to anyone especially international learners looking for a supportive and high quality training provider.

SMSTS in class training course
Did the SMSTS in class training course. This was 5 days in the classroom with the exam on the last day. Our instructor Lisa Beadsworth was absolutely great. Took us through the course at a great pace with regular refresher quiz's so as not to forget what we had learned earlier in the week.
The ONLY reason I couldn't give 5 Stars it that CST only book the conference room and do not pay to have tea/coffee supplied to the candidates for the duration of the course. The Holiday Inn Express staff would get upset when we tried to use the coffee/tea facilities stating that the course provider has not paid to have it included in their booking of the conference room.
But the course itself is delivered very well!

Smsts coarse with Sharon
This coarse was delivered with a very clear and supportive manor. Sharon was our tutor and was extremely helpful and experienced. She delivered the coarse in a way that I could understand and take on board. Making the class environment comfortable so that I could feel relaxed whilst trying go learn and soak up all the information. Sharon was clear in her approach and her knowledge in this field is clear to see.

Sharon, is a superb tutor. She has in depth knowledge of all regulations. She knew all questions I asked and gave a great explanation for me to understand. Sharon is probably the best tutor I have had in terms of knowledge, know how, application and skills of becoming a site manager.

Paul Gascoyne - Great assessor
I just finished my NVQ level 6 with assessor Paul Gascoyne and want to say that i am really happy with his performance. He was always helpful and there for me when i needed , he make all the process go smooth and easy and helped me to enjoy it.
I am sure most of the assessors are good from CST training as the company is well maintained but Paul is professional and great person , with them i completed my SMSTS and no issues at all .
