Sharon, is a superb tutor. She has in depth knowledge of all regulations. She knew all questions I asked and gave a great explanation for me to understand. Sharon is probably the best tutor I have had in terms of knowledge, know how, application and skills of becoming a site manager.

Paul Gascoyne - Great assessor
I just finished my NVQ level 6 with assessor Paul Gascoyne and want to say that i am really happy with his performance. He was always helpful and there for me when i needed , he make all the process go smooth and easy and helped me to enjoy it.
I am sure most of the assessors are good from CST training as the company is well maintained but Paul is professional and great person , with them i completed my SMSTS and no issues at all .
Highly recommend.

Disconnected, Poor & Robotic
The courses, SMSTS and TWC, were conducted via video link/remotely. The quality of both course instructors was terrible. They had very little enthusiasm and delivered the content in a robotic like fashion. Many of the questions asked by the 8 plus students were not known by the instructors, instead being told to "red the manual". 30% of the test questions were not covered in the lessons. Post test some of the students asked the instructors if they knew. They did not. This does not inspire confidence. One instructor fell asleep briefly during a break, seen by the students as the camera was not tuned off during a group exercise. The first SMSTS instructor was so visibly bored that one student asked why he is teaching and not on site. The answer given was "I do not want to do this (teach) but I cannot go on site because of a health reason". The pre course admin was poor, attendance, dates and content was repeatedly incorrect leading to confusion. Many students remained in touch after the courses were completed. A few that had failed had near perfect scores. One instructor could not accept they had done well and accused them of using AI. No facts were presented and this explained as an assumption only. The same students sat the exam a few weeks later and got near perfect scores again. Hard work, study and doing well is met with suspicion and failure. Avoid this organisation for training, it is comparatively cheap for good reason.
