Teddy Swims at Scarborough Open air, what a great show he and his band put on from start to finish, he comes across as a really good genuine guy who is out there enjoying himself as much as we are enjoying listening to him, loved every second! Everything so well organised as well

This is a fantastic venue close to home. The staff / security are friendly and welcoming. Getting in and out is so easy.
This show was outstanding. Never been to a bad show yet. Only thing I would say is the venue needs to mark the colour sections so you know which colour block you are in. We were directed by a staff member to the wrong colour and released before the embarrassment of sitting in the wrong seats. Either paint the floors or change the seat colour.
Teddy Swims was awesome. Also why gates at 6 when the support didn’t come on until 7.45. Long time waiting. Should have had a dj on getting the crowd in the mood.

Teddy Swims!!! Well what can I say... superb sound, excellent production, what an entertainer. Loved loved loved this show. A few people complain about internet access but I find it the same wherever you go to see a concert. Always good to add them to your apple wallet if you can beforehand.

We attended every night of this years festival, the security staff were fabulous and made us feel safe. Music was amazing and food and drink good too. The food wasnt as pricey as in the past and there was a wide choice. Pit bull was my personal favourite and i am looking forward to next year. Bring it on 🥰

Very well organized. Great facilities. Plenty of toilets. Great lineup this season. James Arthur was amazing. Rick Astley, top notch all-round nice guy, great concert. Michael Bublé was off the chart. An opportunity once in a lifetime to see him in the north of England. He was absolutely amazing. 👏 👏 👏 👏
A few people mentioned the lack of internet in the area, I think that's a network issue, not Cuff & Taylor. The ticket office was very happy to print the tickets if you couldn't download them. No problems at all. Looking forward to Nile Roger's & Chic.

Accessibility access and ticketing worked very well, once we understood it. Looking to do the same again next year

Wish I could give zero stars.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience using Cuffe & Taylor for the first time.
I purchased shuttle bus tickets around 3 months in advance of a gig via Ticketmaster - this is what C&T told me to do. I chose the bus to avoid parking issues. The website stated that a schedule would be released closer to the date.
Approximately 4 days before the event, the website stated buses would run "regularly" from 4pm. As this was unclear, I emailed Ticketmaster several times before they advised me to contact C&T direct. I was asking for specific timings: frequency and last bus time. The gig started at 8pm and with the bus being a 30 min ride approx, when would the last bus run? Your guess is as good as mine. Ticketmaster could only say the buses ran regularly and consistently! What does this mean? Every 5 mins, every 10 mins, 20 mins, 30 mins, 60 mins - again a guessing game.
I messaged Cuff&Taylor only to be met with an automated email reply stating queries would be answered within 7 working days. With the gig only a few days away, this was not helpful. Why would they not have a customer support for gigs that were just days away. I followed up by email again as there was no contact number available, but received no further response before the event.
I therefore had to make other arrangements as I didn't know if there was a bus running around the 7pm timings. (I did find out after the event that no bus was running after 7pm and they were not as regular and consistent as TM and the website made out)
Anyway, I did receive a reply the working day after the gig apologizing and stating they "generally require at least 7 days to process queries and I hoped I enjoyed the show"- Imagine how you would feel receiving this email but I did enjoy the show only becuase I made my own way there and thank goodness I did.
Because I did not receive any schedule information, I had to make alternative travel arrangements and now I am out of pocket. You can see that my tickets were never scanned and therefore remain unused.
I reopened the query as suggested by C&T 14 days ago and am still awaiting a response. I don't think I will get one but lets see.
For a company selling transport services, not providing clear timings in advance is unacceptable. I would not use Cuffe & Taylor again.
The booking process was vague and customer support was not fit for purpose. I would not recommend or use Cuffe & Taylor again.

Wow, have emailed 8 times now... 8 times it has been read, 8 times ignored! Have reached out on Linkedin, both the business and Pete Taylor founder and director. No answer to anything.

David Byrne at The Piece Hall, Halifax (18.7.26) was an absolutely brilliant event. I’ve been to over 600 gigs in my lifetime and this one went straight to the top of my list of favourites. The venue is beautiful, entry was swift and the staff were polite and professional. The show was visually spectacular and the sound was crystal clear. It’s an evening that I’ll never forget.
