I have ordered the cod fillet sandwich many times. I love Culvers food, because it's usually so fresh, but not any more. It was just like every other fast food restaurant... dried out, tough garbage.... See more

I chose to dine inside this resturant…
I chose to dine inside this resturant in Florida; after returning to the main ordering counter for the third time during this visit for them to remake my burger the way I wanted it.
I threw it in the trash after paying for it. They could not get the ingredients correct any of my 3 trips. Sad! I won't eat there anymore!
INCOMPETENT STAFF
The order taker never repeated my order to me before sending it to be prepared. Also I gave in a bogo coupon for a butterberger that was never applied to my order and the order I was given was not what I originally ordered. The staff does not seen to care about providing good customer service and neither does the management at this location or the service would be better. This has been an ongoing issue at this location. Unfortunately this is the closest Culver's to my home or else I certainly would not return. This will be posted on all social media sites
Culver’s on Sheridan Rd in Kenosha is…
Culver’s on Sheridan Rd in Kenosha is where I purchased curbside pickup. I ordered 10 shrimp and cheese curds. The shrimp was excellent, cooked well and tasty. The cheese curds were awful. They were so salty I could not even eat them. I had never eaten their cheese curds before and I must say I’m highly disappointed. I definitely wish I would’ve picked a different side.
Friendly Drive-Through Order Taker at Culvers
The young lady who took my order at the drive through was genuinely friendly. She took her time and made sure she got my order correctly and she repeated it. I did not feel rushed like I usually do at a fast food drive through.
Bad experience curbside Culvers.
The two of us made a $50 curbside pickup order. Picked 11 am for time to pickup. As we were sitting there a kid came out with an order and walked up to a van and had a conversation and walked right past us and went back in. We're sitting there thinking, "could that be our order"? As you know you describe your vehicle for curbside. So, I waited a few minutes and went in and asked for my order. The same kid pointed at it and turned around and walked away. We will never go there again. We sat there till 11:20 am and had to go in cause the kid didn't even know who the order was for. And we did not get the cheese curds we ordered.
Meat dried out and paper thin
I will post a picture. The meat is so thin and dried out. I’ve been a long time customer of Culver’s not anymore. Look at the picture how thin the meat is. I’m suggesting people try a restaurant called fat cats. Next time I go I will post their picture. Can’t post a picture why?
No bad reviews here!
I'm seeing bad reviews on this chain restaurant and I can't under why. I have had consistently wonderful service and food at every restaurant I have visited. I had a fish sandwich yesterday from a restaurant in Venice, FL and it was excellent! Super tasty, crispy shell, fresh bun. AND the custard is ALWAYS fabulous. The salads are very creative and the grilled chicken isn't dried out and served warm on top.
More money less food! noticed that Culver's are cutting…
I noticed that Culver's are cutting down on serving size for same price or increase price.
I bought a rueben sandwich the other day. Before I even opened it I just knew they had given me a small burger. I was a small rueben on wheat bread...pathetic! Not again!
I have been going to Culver’s ever…
I have been going to Culver’s ever since they first opened in Tucson. Honestly i only got chocolate shakes as they became my favorite! Anyway when i travel i always look for them as my treat on the road. I had stopped at one on the road the other day, it was the worst shake i had ever had and the outside of the container was a mess. So i wrote the company , they wanted more details so i gave them the details and sent them a picture of how badly it was made, they appologized. I mean really, you couldn’t even offer an free replacement, shame on them!
Culver's doesn't care
Apathetically, horrid customer service response from Culver's Corporate involving a Culver's issued BOGO coupon that was not honored at one of their local restaurants in my area. I wrote to Culver's through their website portal over three days ago. Not a word since.
I called Culver's corporate offices today and, after a long hold, got transferred to voicemail. I left a message with one question to be answered. "How long does it take for Culver's customer service to respond to email requests?" To my surprise, I received return call but I was not available to answer my phone. Did the Culver's customer service agent answer my only question within her voicemail message to me? Nope! Just a cordial but useless message inviting me to call back. A complete waste of my time.
I called again, got placed on hold and eventually got routed to voicemail for a second time. I left a detailed message. Never heard a word back.
Culver’s food is superior to most restaurants of a similar genre but their counter employees and corporate indifference can turn loyal customers into harsh critics. Perhaps that is why the two Culver’s restaurants in my area are never busy.
The restaurant business is highly competitive. If a restaurant chain doesn’t take care of their customers some other restaurant certainly will.
Poor service, incompetence!
Well, Culvers on Holiday Rd in Coralville Iowa! The worse!!! Consistently bad bad service! it does not matter how many times one reports bad service it NEVER GETS BETTER! When 66% of the reviews are only one star that says something. They don’t deserve 1 star!
My Simple order:
two value meals:
one single with cheese, fries and everything,
one double with no lettuce, with coleslaw, with everything else. Guess what we got?
Two singles, one with cheese both with lettuce, two fries and no cole slaw!
Nothing changes! Can’t expect that your burger or order will be anywhere near what u wanted! Poor management? Has to be! Managers must not be working managers! If you don’t take care of the customer, soon you won’t have any !
Owner must not give a 💩 either!
Bad owners can destroy a franchise!!
Soggy Fish Sandwiches.
My first trip to Culvers and ordered two Cod Fish Sandwiches.
Both were supper soggy and fell apart while eating.
Will never buy again.
Worst fish sandwich I ever had.
I'll stick with the Cajun Catfish Po-Boy from 'Orleans.
Goodbye Culvers...
Horrible Customer Service
This is regarding the store at 10440 E. Arapahoe Rd., Englewood, CO 80112. I ordered a 6 piece shrimp dinner with sides of mashed potatoes and broccoli and a side of blue cheese. The counter person screwed up my order and put it in as a shrimp basket and missed the side of blue cheese. When I was delivered my food the roll and blue cheese were missing. I had to argue with the delivery person just to get my roll and they refused to give me a side of blue cheese because it cost extra and the counter person missed it on my order. I requested to speak to a manager and they told me the same thing. They could not give me a side of blue cheese because it cost extra and it was not on the order. Can't believe the horrible customer service here. Culvers screws up the order and then won't make it right by giving me a packet of blue cheese dressing to make it right. How much do they pay for a packet of blue cheese dressing, 10 cents? The manager refused to bring me a packet of blue cheese and seemed clueless about good customer service.
Yum!
It would've been so much better if I would've went with and actually ate there where I'd of been able to eat right when it was fresh. Because I had a friend just bring me something back...and they ordered my food first and THEN she ate and THEN she brought me mine home. And you know what? 10/10 when you are brought an hour and a ½ old food it's just going to suck...but the mushroom and swiss burger I ordered was still absolutely AMAZING! I could've ate 2 of them easily.
So i ordered my kid the butter burger "…
So i ordered my kid the butter burger " original" with lettuce tomato pickles no onions. And a small bag of fries. So then the person at the register said that it will take 6-9 minutes but then i waited 29 minutes and when they gave me the food they charged me 28 dollars and 50 cents and the original amount was 5 dollars so i just payed the food and when went home there was no burger there was salads and instead of fries their was slices of corn dogs! I called the place and the lady said "I will get the manager." After being on hold for about 29 minutes they hung up the phone and never called back!! Never going again😡
