Cunard is maintaining the old world style of cruising, with nightly dancing, smart attire, galas, high-end entertainment and the ship's sophisticated details. It was like stepping back in time. We chose this cruise because we knew they had a real ballroom, with dance hosts and live music. Just like in the good ol' days. We had a wonderful time dancing every night In the Queen's Room Ballroom. We were able to engage in a large variety of dance styles and observe with wonder even MORE styles and genres. If you like to dress up, enjoy an historic ship, engage is old-fashioned cruising events and enjoy a quieter, calmer atmosphere than the more modern versions cruising offers these days, Cunard is for you.

Cunard treated me like an absolute princess. I could not have asked for a better luxurious cruise from the service to the destinations to the voyages the excursions I was in a 12 day bliss felt like royalty. The ship looked like royalty. I was absolutely blown away.

Elegant ship, great entertainment, beautiful destinations. Relaxed travelling in style. Food superb as was the service. We didn’t want to leave the ship!

We had booked a 14 day Mediterranean cruise on the Queen Victoria for June 2026. We were booked on Emirates. Due to the unrest in the Middle East we wanted to change our trip. We were prepared to change our cruise to December but it would be a 7 day cruise. I am astounded that Cunard would rather take our $940 deposit and have badwill. Then allow us to transfer that deposit to another shorter cruise and get further monies off us and have goodwill with the customer. Very shortsighted and money grabbing. Disappointing. Unlikely we will ever choose Cunard again due to this experience.

Cunard Line is based on a long seafaring history. It's an excellent way to experience a bygone era with modern flare. Guaranteed to be about the most relaxed vacation anyone could wish for. Everything is different and better than the typical mainstream cruise lines. We are hooked for life!

The cunard ships are all beautiful,the food and entertainment is excellent.My wife and I love sailing and have been on all the cunard ships over the years.We hope to continue for many years to come.

We recently did 4 cruises with Cunard.
Whilst the cruises themselves were fine, I have an outstanding balance of $US 586.38 that Cunard won't pay me! I have sent 22 emails since December and they won't even respond now.
Originally they said the money had to be paid in USD, whi he is a problem because I am in Australia however since I have agreed to take a USD cheque, they have stopped communicating with me!
Not much money for them, but a lot for me and I am disgusted with their behaviour!

Cu are queen Victoria is a smaller ship and crew are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Food always good. I’ve travelled with them three times now and can’t wait to go again!

I’ve just returned from a 21‑day Caribbean cruise on Cunard’s Queen Elizabeth, and it was one of the most enjoyable travel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I stepped on board, everything felt effortless, elegant, and wonderfully welcoming.
The ship herself is immaculate—beautifully maintained, stylish without being showy, and full of those thoughtful Cunard touches that make life on board feel special. My stateroom was comfortable and serene, with excellent housekeeping throughout the voyage.
The service was exceptional. Every member of staff I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making the journey memorable. Dining was consistently excellent, with a lovely variety of menus and beautifully presented dishes. I especially appreciated the relaxed sophistication of the evenings—perfect for dressing up and enjoying the atmosphere.
The itinerary was a delight. Each island had its own charm, and the balance of sea days and port days felt just right. I never felt rushed; instead, it was a chance to unwind, explore, and soak up the sunshine at a gentle, enjoyable pace.
Entertainment, enrichment talks, and daily activities were all well curated, offering plenty to do without ever feeling overwhelming. Whether I wanted quiet time or something lively, there was always an option that suited the moment.
Overall, this cruise was everything I hoped it would be—restorative, beautifully organised, and full of memorable moments. I returned home feeling refreshed, uplifted, and already thinking about my next Cunard adventure.

Wonderful relaxing holiday. Most of the crew are friendly and helpful and work hard. The entertainment is excellent. Loads of things to do onboard so you never get bored. Something for everyone to do or not do as you wish. Food is plentiful and amazing with something for everyone. Love dressing up for dinner. Would have given 5 stars but we experienced a problem with our toilet which took a while to resolve. Also it was quite stressful sorting out entry requirements for Caribbean islands (not visas as we knew we didn’t need those). Being on a cruise we only needed photo ID but when asking Cunard for clarification of this they were unhelpful and only said they weren’t trained to answer questions about visas (which wasn’t the question we asked). Internet on board is very expensive. I love cruising with Cunard and will definitely cruise with them again despite the couple of negative comments.

The Queen Elizabeth is a beautiful ship and was meticulously cared for.

Service was excellent, especially at dinner in the Britannia, alternative restaurants, and Verandah.

The excursions we booked through Cunard were very good, very organized, and took the amount of time promised.

We enjoyed the relaxing and calm environment, sharing, laughs and meeting new people. We had a great time. The hospitality and dining staffs were very kind, professional, and attentive to everyone.

I would highly recommend Cunard cruise Line as its beautiful ship and quality of food and services are outstanding.

This ship is incredible and an absolute delight! We have travelled on Queen Victoria before and will do so again. Everything is special! Food great, entertainment good, service out of this world, friendliness of staff professionally friendly and again they give you the feeling that they are happy to be looking after you! There are formal evenings but if one doesn't want to participate, there are excellent alternative options. We enjoyed 28 days and would have loved longer.

I always relax when joining a Cunard ship and look forward to being looked after by the warm, friendly crew.

This was our first time on Cunard and we loved it. Service and attention from staff was impeccable. We were completely pampered from the time of embarkation. Our special requests were attended to immediately and with true spirit of 100% guest service. It was a pleasure to cruise in a space that offered periods of contemplative quiet and etiquette interwoven into daily routine practiced by both staff and passengers.
