Placed my order over a week ago, still no updates of dispatch. Contacted Cupid cases multiple times but no response. Would not use this company again especially paying £25 for a case for it not to turn up. Waste of money and time.

Horrible experience.
When i first placed my order everything was great but after seven days it still hadn't shipped. Anytime i contacted them they said they would get back to me in 24-48 hours, they never did. In total it took 12 days for it to ship. I was moving really soon and I knew i needed to order the case fast, luckily according to the website I would have enough time to order and have the case arrive with a week to spare. But that didn't happen, so i told them i needed to cancel my order sense i wouldn't t be in the same continent at the time would arrive. (I tried to cancel the order 5 times) they did the same thing (tell me they would contact me and then didn't) I messaged them trew help email the confirmation email multiple times each, no response. When the order finally shipped the ups website said it still hadn't arrived at the facility and wis still getting labels for 6 whole days!. I was out of the continent before it arrived so i never got package or a refund. Overall a horrible experience that coat me 30 usd for no reason.

very cute case, fast delivery
The delivery was very quick (only took 3 days), and the case was extremely good quality. I got the vintage floral case for my iPhone and its honestly amazing. Plus, theres so many cute designs to choose from!

Cupid Cases is really exclusive!
What made my experience great with Cupid Cases is how exclusive it is and makes pretty phone cases for ALL phones, not just iPhones. Before I got my iPhone, I was looking for a cute, and simple phone case for my android but everywhere I looked they either were really ugly looking or not for my phone. I was defeated until I came across Cupid Cases. Their designs were so cute and I was so happy there didn’t just have cute cases for apple phones!
I really like how Cupid Cases is exclusive in their phone cases, I do hope they make some more designs in the future.

Definitely not recommend
Bought 3 cases for my daughter's Samsung phone (in the buy 2 get 3 promotion). Cases arrived promptly but when trying one of them they are loose and don't keep phone in them. When asked to return was informed they have a "no return policy" as cases are "custom made" (makes no sense, no customisation whatsoever).
Definitely do not recommend, huge waste of money (and they are definitely not cheap).

Delivery time was too long
It took a very long time to receive the phone case that I ordered for my daughter. I received the tracking information for California, which is odd because I don't live in that state. I received the case a month after it was ordered.

Don't waste your money…
It took forever to receive it and then I got the wrong size and didn't even fit the phone. Way OVERPRICED and so NOT worth it. Will never do purchase anything from them again
