The ease of access to information in the online application and the good treatment from the staff during product pickup.

I am very disappointed with my recent purchase from Currys. I have been a loyal customer for several years and have always trusted your products and service. However, I bought an expensive Lenovo laptop that stopped working completely after only 14–15 months of normal use.

A device at this price should last much longer, and it is very frustrating that I was told it is not covered because the warranty is only one year. This feels unfair and has caused me a financial loss.

As a long-term customer, I expected better quality and support. Unfortunately, this experience has reduced my trust, and I am now reconsidering whether I will shop with Currys again in the future.

Product exactly as expected - very good. I ordered using click and collect but I didnt receive an email to say it was ready to collect!! Thankfully I checked on my account.

Bought an iPhone from currys on April 12th and their customer service is a complete joke. I’ve called every day for my refund and each time I get some scripted nonsense—“we’re looking into it” over and over. They’re slow, they don’t listen, and it’s like they’re actively trying to avoid giving me my money back. How do you take someone’s cash instantly but make them beg for it back? Their service is hot garbage and I’d tell anyone to stay far away from them.

Sometimes it not how you provide your main service but how you fix up things that fall apart outside of that - in this instance Curry’s sorted my issue despite it being marginally different to their policy - in my books that counts

Great choice of products on easy to use website, reasonable prices, choice of delivery options. I opted for next day delivery and was kept informed of expected arrival time. Received phone call to confirm exactly when driver would arrive. Delivery staff were polite, friendly and very efficient.

The young man who served us was very surly and not at all polite !!

The salesman Matt was excellent with great knowledge of the product

I bought a under double oven to be fitted
Very easy to order on line and a good choice of when I wanted the oven to be delivered ,you did have to pay
I also bought the removal and fitting service which was brilliant the guy John who said he was from Turkey was very professional quick and friendly person who fitted the oven very well
I would definitely recommend the fitting and removal service.
I know you have to pay but well worth the money and they took the old oven away
I would recommend buying kitchen appliances from Curry’s great service and not a bad price
