Poor service avoid
Item took around 3 weeks to arrive, I had no issue here but would of been nice to know.
The item arrived damaged which was the issue,, I reached out to customer service who offered 10% discount, I said no id like the damaged base resent. In which they agreed to send out
10 days later they have gone silent and not replying, beat to avoid everyone, if the website admin for their customer service reaches out in here, maybe reply back to my emails and we wouldn't be here

I placed an order over a week ago now
I placed an order over a week ago now, a bracelet for my partners birthday. I still have no order confirmation or order number etc. The live chat doesn’t work, my account doesn’t show any orders, I have messaged people on there, sent an email and nothing back. The money has come out of my account though, so I am starting to worry now.
