The item never arrived, and they were very reluctant to respond. I kept waiting for a couple of months just to finally get my money back, while they kept promising that the order would be shipped soon.

Poor customer service
So were do i start so cut long story short this company sent out item and this was delivered to wrong address this was proven emails sent back and forth just endless pointless conversations then the second i put up a bad review i get contacted take down and we will refund me my money ive explained multiple times that i have started a charge back with my bank and cannot cancell this as it has gone past a certain point and everytimeni explain this they keep replying u need to cancel with bank for us to refund even though the bank has stated the merchant just has to accept the chargeback problem solved honestly you couldn't make this up the amout of emails ive sent saying please read previous emails as ive explained all this 100 times is ridiculous poor customer service i would definitely avoid this company in future have all.emails to proof this that ill be uploading in due course if this isnt resolved and to top it all off after they have agreed to pay the refund that i have email proof off they are challenging the chargeback dispute now just to waste more time please people if you dont want to deal with stupid dont buy from this company

Product is unbelievably cheap and beyond words, do not get pulled into this Con of a company.
This was for a Cap for my daughter, It arrived later than expected some 14 days after ordering and once opened it was very clear that Ive been scammed, the Cap is made of a very cheap plastic based material similar to products used for packaging and most certainly not for clothing, the stitching is just falling apart and missing in some areas.... avoid avoid avoid this Company.
I will be reporting this to Trading Standards Uk.

SCAM avoid at all costs. Memorial key chain ordered and after a long wait arrived with a photograph looking blurred and absolutely shameful being sent in the state it was.Cheap and nasty. Dreadful customer service and tried to remove my honest review.
This has now been rectified with a replacement agreed to only if I changed my review. Had Mary the customer service representative been more supportive then the review would not have been written in the manner it was.
