On 29th November I placed an order and paid for a child’s gift that stated in stock and delivered in two days. Three days later having had no delivery notification I contacted customer services to be told that this product would be delivered to them and sent straight out to me the following Monday. Contact and guarantee of dispatching continued until two weeks past and they cancelled the order. I was left with very little time to get a replacement. Plus they said a refund would take five days to process when the payment was taken the day of order. This business took my money knowing they did not have the product available and then constantly gave incorrect information and guarantees of delivery.

Worst customer service ever (Emily, who interviewed you and thought to hire you for customer service). They are rude and misleading

How is this company even still trading? Its my son who has given them his money. I've just taken delivery. The box is old, half hanging open and battered. I don't even know if there's anything inside. Probably fallen out. God only knows what they have in their post room. Surprised the carrier accepted it. Don't use this company, please! Don't give people who care nothing for you your money.

Push dog has plastic inside the ears so very noisy and sounds like a cheap product but it wasn't cheap
Took two weeks to deliver after I emailed to chase up the item. Emailed Custom Gifts and told them about the poor quality. They were not very helpful.

Absolutely DISGUSTING COMPANY ripped us off £54 for two gifts for personalised Xmas presents if only I had read this first there’s NO WAY I WOULD Have USED THEM !!!!!! Reporting as FRAUDULENT COMPANY

Ordered 2 matching Santa sacks for my children with the idea that I could “swap” the empty sack with a full sack at the end of their bed without them realising. Only issue is that the actual personalisation on the sacks is in different places! My son is 2 so won’t realise this now but he will most certainly get wise to it. Reached out to the company who have refused to send a replacement… also their system doesn’t send out confirmation emails with personalisation requests on which is a pain as I had to get in touch to confirm this (which in he-insight was a waste of time as although the spellings correct the prints location seems to vary depending on who happens to be working that day…)

Absolutely appalled by this company's lack of communication.
Order a personalised gift , I've had no communication on the location of the item. The tracking system has no record of this item being order either. I've tried several time to get in touch via email, live chat etc. Absolutely nothing.

I even doubted myself and checked my bank statement. YES PAYMENT TAKEN!

People are struggling financially as it is.... unfortunately this company appears to be feeding off people's purchases.

I've been reading the reviews and I'm annoyed with myself for not checking prior to ordering.

They appear to be responding with the same message to customers. We are so sorry you've had this experience, unfortunately we can't locate your customer number.

After reading the reviews when i had already purchased my item i was worried i wouldn't receive my order, so i emailed them straight away, they got right back to me and told me my item was already shipped and on its way. It was fast delivery and great quality.

Horrendous experience I ordered a gift last year 2021 and never received it and I am still chasing the refund a year later
The customer service is terrible response is limited and waiting months for any one to get in touch. I would avoid this company

Absolutely disgusted, I placed an order on the 27th august and I still haven’t received my order which was a personalised necklace. I’ve emailed them, WhatsApp messaged and emailed again yet I’ve been ignored time and time again, they’ve ruined my experience as a customer, their service is appalling. And every time I asked for a refund… I got ignored. Disgusting. Avoid custom gifts at all costs.

Ordered what looked like a beautiful and unusual bracelet!! After waiting weeks for it - it came!! Was absolutely nothing like the ad! Links were small, instead of big, colour was horrible, clasp nothing like the pic, the personalised bit, supposed to be a wee block of metal, but was just like a dog tag!! Horrible, emailed to try and get it resolved, but obviously some robot just typing the same respnse. I can return it, at my own cost to China but only get 70% back. Told them they should be giving me a full refund and paying for return postage, as its their fault, not mine. DO NOT, EVER, BUY FROM THOS COMPANY, A TOTAL RIP OFF!!

Arrived 3 weeks late after being promised for Valentines day. Charged £8 postage for an item the size and weight of a credit card and then had the nerve to ask for a tip at check out...will never use them again and I advise you not to either. The worst company I have dealt with in years.

I ordered birthday banners for my wifes birthday party ..they never arrived.. when I contacted them RUDE AND ARRAGANT no refunds and they then said stop harassing us ..I never got a refund ...please please avoid like the plague £34 i spent ..trading standards involved

Avoid this company like the plague….
Promise to deliver within 4-7 business working days after order is placed….
After trying to cancel my order I was told I’d be charged £9!!!
To be honest I think it’s a scam they have no intention of suppling anything!!!
If they can scam £9 per customer why would they bother!!!!

Poor service. My son has ordered his valentines gift weeks ago for his girlfriend and it’s Valentines’ day tomorrow.
They have my money and the date of shipping to me has well exceeded. An email sent to me days ago telling me it’s on its way, to never arrive. Along side the £30. If this does not arrive; I will never order from this company again.
It feels like theft.

Average product, horrible sizing, even worse customer service. Save your money. Never again.
