Loyal customer lost after $800 wasted
I ordered about $800 work of shirts for by small business. The design process and ordering was very simple.
But when I received the shirts they were skin tight fitted shirts. This is the down side of ordering online. I trusted since the website said 100% guarantee that I was comfortable ordering the shits. But when I called and advised that they are unwearable and way too small, I was told that I could get 30% off another order and nothing can be done unless they was a problem with them. For the past 10 years I have never ordered any of our company shirts from anyway other than here. I spent $800 on what will now be the most expensive rags I have ever purchased. And you have lost a loyal customer. I recommend to find a local shop to order from so you can try them on.

I’ve ordered from Custom Ink lots of…
I’ve ordered from Custom Ink lots of times and have always had great customer service. Every time I’ve placed an order I’ve gotten a personalized message from a rep who checks my design and makes sure everything looks perfect and then sends me a final proof to approve. This time, however, my product was immediately processed, printed and shipped. I’m sure there was some verification in the background but I was not notified. To the best of my ability I made my design aligned on the shirt, however it did print a bit off which stinks. Would this have been fixed by a rep on the back end? Who knows. I just wish I had had some communication before printing so I could be 100% certain in my design. On a positive note, the shirts shipped quickly and the materials are high quality, which is a hallmark I can always expect from Custom Ink.

Our baseball caps are great!
Ordered ball caps for our board members. The emroidery design was a little complex and I only had a picture of what I wanted. The result was fantastic and everyone was impressed with the quality of the cap and the work. Staff was very responsive and met my deadline without worry. I'm a big fan.

The shirt turned out as expected. However, this is the second time we’ve ordered and the second time that UPS has lost the package and delivered it several days late. We missed the event that it was supposed to be delivered by.
