I placed an order in January 22, 2021 in order for it to arrive by February 14th. This company dropped the ball and did not include my unit number on the shipping label, caused USPS to send the item back to their warehouse. I have yet to receive an apology, credit to my account or anything. The ONLY thing I received was another order number for the item that won’t be here until February 23rd, if that. Instead of quickly resolving the issue and sending a replacement out quickly, I may not get a replacement until a month over the date that I ordered for ONE item! They are the absolute WORSE!

Ordered online through some search ads. The product looked nice, although the webpage could be a bit more sophisticated. Figuring out the design elements was not trivial.

Ordering flow was simple and the item arrived in pristine condition 5 days before the expected date of delivery. Looks amazing, even after a wash. No complain there. Now let's just hope my baby likes it, but even if she doesn't, it won't be the company's fault.

So unprofessional, first time buying a shirt from this company and i receive it with 3 stains thats obviously their ink from their machine. Super angry cause it was supposed to be a gift. And i need to by a week. It’s a t shirt company, the only thing i should be worried about is sizing or it not looking how i want it to, not a stupid stain. That’s their job to make sure it doesn’t happened. Received a crappy product, i emailed them so they better hurry up or i will take more action.

I ordered three baby onesies with a design that I created. Customized Girl did an awesome job with printing and delivering the items. I would highly recommend them.

The whole process was spot on from the get go! Super easy ordering system, no minimums, easy payment and shipping system and to top it off, my order arrived earlier than anticipated!

The T-Shirts are also fantastic! Three individualized T’s for three very happy little girls! Great quality, nice bright colors in the printing and I’m told by my daughters that they are perfectly comfortable!

Thanks for under promising, over delivering and all in all making for a really great experience!

BUYERS BEWARE: I ordered etched bar glassware from here. They took the money from my account, never sent me a confirmation email with my order number. When I contacted them by phone all you get is a recording saying due to the covid19 virus we have limited staffing. When you contact them via the online help, I got told that there was no order under my name or address. But they took the 150.25 from my account.
Only order from this company if you want to throw your money away, you actually would be better off playing the lottery, cause you would have better chances of getting what you paid for.

Ordered two personalized shirts and two cozies.
Great quality.

I never received my order from December. Last I heard was through tracking and they said my package was in St. Louis. That was January 11! What a joke. I will never buy from them again.

I had a Valentines Day Bear shipped to my Daughter in Brooklyn from Customized Girl. The Fed X person was either to lazy or in to much of a hurry to place the box inside the door of her residence, instead left it outside on a small stoop exposed to passer by's. GUESS WHAT, the package Klepto's snatched the package. I Contacted Customized Girl who I have used before and had excellent experiences. They responded quickly to me by email on Saturday the 15th and I explained what had happened etc. After a few helpful email exchanges they volunteered to duplicate the order and rush it to an alternative address to my Daughter free of charge and my she will receive her Bear on Wednesday. I've officially volunteered to become a full time Public Relations person for Customized Girl LOL..THIS IS A REMARKABLE GESTURE ON THEIR PART & CERTAINLY CUSTOMER SERVICE ON STEROIDS !!! They have a lifetime loyal customer and THANK YOU CUSTOMIZED GIRL !!!

Ordered a custom shirt for Valentine's day that read "last Valentine's day as miss Kramer." I wish I never trusted them to get it me on time, because they falsely advertised the shipping. They said if I ordered 2 day shipping it would be here on 2/13 via UPS. On 2/13 I got notified it would not be here until 2-14 at the end of the day. I called and they claimed it was in ups's end but ups is guaranteed, and so I called them. Come to find out they did not ship it out earlier enough for it to arrive here on time. Ups said it arrived at 5pm which resulted in the delay. They did offer to refund the shipping and I said that's not enough and they did offer to refund the entire order given the shirt is not even usable now but they took a moment away from me...and they should consider not doing custom work if they cannot be timely and responsible. Do not order from them.

Excellent experience. Ordering a bag for daughter's dance team. Most went with "31" bags... not me... I found a really nice bag on this site, made specifically for dance equipment and I thought was a great price. Customization was super easy. When we received the bag, I was very pleased!! The quality was great, good price (less than half of what the 31 bags cost!), delivered quickly, and my daughter loved it. Several teammates were envious. Highly recommend!!!

Just awful! It looks like a 3rd grader glued the cheap quality letters onto the fabric. Very disappointed.

Ordered his and her pajamas, shirt totally shrank a size after one wash.. beware shirts run small and poor quality shirts for price!

Horribly overpriced for slow service. I ordered one shirt back in December 12th..it’s now saying it won’t arrive until January 6th. One shirt. Really disappointed

I have just received my 5th maybe 6th order over the past year from this company and as always I’ve been completely satisfied with everything from the amount of time it took to receive my products to the quality and prices of my products they have went beyond my expectations each time and I highly recommend this site to everyone...I’m already planning my next order and I kno I’ll be blown away again ...thank you CG for everything and hope everyone has a very happy new year:::thank you K.Young

I ordered a onesie on line through this company and paid twenty four dollars for it to be customized. My package was shipped on the thirteenth if December and has not arrived yet. On amazon it says your package must be lost. You suck!!!!! I want my money back and I will never order from this company again!!!!!

GREAT quality. So many customization options. Delivery on time. Used more than once extremely satisfied each time!

Easy to use site. Lots of variety. Easy to communicate with customer service. Quick preparation time. Recieved item before delivery arrival date. I absolutely LOVE the customized hoodie I ordered from here. I was also pleasantly surprised with coupons with my purchase. I would definitely reccomend this site to all who wants something customized. The product looks exactly like what I ordered. Could not be more happier that I picked them!!
