I ordered my collar 18 August, after confirming they would deliver to France. Responses to emails are quick, but I still have no collar.

8 November. Collar received - and it's great. Just wish I'd known it takes 10 weeks.

5 weeks later and still no collar received. Customer service completely ignoring my request for a refund due to taking double the time stated on the website. Luckily only 1 collar not received unlike some. Don't use them, absolute trash.

Very quick production and delivery and friendly customer service.

Had two leads from this company in the past so ordering another wasn't a problem..however though 3/4 weeks was given for delivery, when it still hadn't arrived l emailed the company...l have to say l was really impressed with how my questions were handled and I'd like to say a big thank you to Gracie....there was always an answer the day after my emails were sent....have now got the lead ...so good with the cushioned handle and the extra clip to secure the dog to something is a brilliant bonus

We ordered 2collars and leads in August and after an email saying that they may take a bit longer than 3weeks to arrive because of covid restrictions, we waited and waited and no collars ,after various emails saying they were being dispatched and still nothing I sent and email expressing our concerns about possibly being a scam the collars eventually arrived last Friday ,they are good quality and clearly embroidered as requested can't wait to see our pups wearing them

Waited 5 weeks for delivery of collar, when received the quality of the collar seemed fine HOWEVER not only the colour of the print was incorrect but the telephone number bore no resemblance whatsoever to the one on the order. Tried several times to contact the company by phone to no avail.
This level of service is appalling.

I ordered a collar 26th July 2021 with a 2-3 week delivery. It is now 20th August and still no sight of the item. I have emailed twice and was told 4 days ago (16th August) that it was in despatch and I would receive a tracking number. Still nothing. Being fobbed off with an excuse about an influx of orders. As a business they should have contingency plans to handle high demand. Will not be using this company again.

Beautifully made collars I got two for my little dog Mini one green one pink- both have my phone number clearly stitched on them so if she should get lost I can be contacted immediately. The company has very friendly professional staff and even when I had made an error on my phone number they ensured I had the correct number on the collars before production. Easily washable and dry quickly Mini has many admirers who ask about the collars. Will be buying more when needed but they last for ages so maybe just chose another colour - a girl can’t have enough pretty collars!

I ordered a collar and lead but no sign of them in the delivery time stated. The order status indicated that the items hadn't been processed after 3 weeks. I gave a scam review, I have now withdrawn this review. I couldn't get in contact with the supplier but it could be the Covid situation didn't help. Notwithstanding the Web site information the package arrived. I'm happy with the products. The collar looks great. The dogs name and my cell number are stitched beautifully and clearly. The clip is very robust and the D ring is metal and the stress points are well stitched. The lead is as described by the supplier, the hand grip is padded and the clip is heavy duty. All ends are well stitched. The edge stitching could be a bit heavier but time will tell me if its up to scratch. Overall I think they are very good quality and value for money. I recommend the company improve its website and customer interface to avoid inadvertent bad reviews.

We have a lot of pets and return to this site continuously to buy the custom collars. Our pets either grow out of their collars as they grow up or we update them after a while. We have always been given 5 star treatment and they arrive before the expected delivery dates. The quality is superb. The staff are very professional and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Keep up the good work!

Just got my collar for Cailey and it is great quality well stitched and good quality . Very nice perfect first and very easy to see and read name and number.

Custom pet collars have always paid attention to detail and produced beautiful collars for both our cat and dog. They are with in budget,the delivery could possibly do with speeding up a bit but as each collar is made to customer specifications maybe this is not feasible.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company both for their excellent customer service and the high quality of their products. The collars and leads are soft but strong, and the colour combinations are amazing. It does feel safer to have contact details on the collar rather than on a disc too. I won't hesitate to order from this company again and may well work my way through all the available colour combinations( especially if they extend their product range and make headcollars for horses)!!.

We love the personalised collars and even have "holiday" ones so we can put details in a barrel in case they run off.

The collars are fantastic. We walk our dogs on the beach and the name tag rings corrode and fall off. The details being embroidered into the collar gives more security. The quality is very good.
I ordered the wrong size and the company replaced them free of charge. Outstanding customer service. Thank you Gracie 😊

I have ordered twice from this company, both times I have had a problem but i can't fault their customer service, each time they sorted the issue out quickly, the collars are excellent quality and beautiful colours. I have recommended them many times to people. If I had to criticize anything, I'd just like a more choice on the length of collar, one is only just big enough, the next size is considerably bigger, however I would still buy from here.
