Good quality products, at reasonable prices. Although delivery is not very prompt, the collars are well worth waiting for!!! Colours are lovely and I have found the company very good at responding to queries.

Utterly awful company...
A simple cat collar took over a month to arrive (when it did I was very underwhelmed).
I first asked how much longer I would have to wait after around 14 days. I was told that they were 'moving next door to a bigger factory' so there were delays. Then later when I asked for a refund I was told this was not possible as the item shipped some time ago. I presume it takes weeks to fill axshipping container...
This expensive rubbish is very obviously made in China and then shipped to the UK. Overpriced and low quality.

This business is terribly run. Firstly they send you a confirmation email but no order number so if you need to email them you have no reference to give them. The item is not dispatched in 2-3 weeks .. I have been waiting almost 6 weeks !! I had to email them and chase up my order. It has now been on its way to the delivery service for 3 days .. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s all a scam. I won’t be ordering again.

If I could put ZERO I would!! Ordered January, it's now 5th March and nothing.. These cowboys claim they are British, that the product is made in the UK. They are not British they are CHINESE and their factory is in China. I ordered goods believing I was helping our economy. This is illegal as well as dishonest. They can't say when I'll get my goods but needless to say it won't be the 2 to 3 weeks they advertise, if at all!!! I am also doubtful I will get what I ordered and thr quality they claim!!! Appalling 🤬

Good quality collars and matching leads. I buy more than I need as I love the colour choices and variety of stitching colours.
The collars are frequently washed as the wet weather means they get muddy and both collar and embroidery have retained their bright colours.
If there are any problems they are always happy to sort them out.

Very good quality collar and the embroidery option is a brilliant idea as the tags do tend to get lost - I love the colour combination and my dog looks very smart. Customer service is excellent- very prompt friendly responses- will definitely use them again.

I've used custom pet collars for several years now, have bought several collars and other items from them, and am very happy with the products and service.

Fantastic collar. Our puppy loves it. We bought a bigger size for him to grow into and with the adjust length it’s great. It doesn’t bother him and it’s very robust.
Personalisation is fantastic, it stands out and is easy to read.

I have several of these collars now and would not ever change them! I have a bouncy GSP who runs for miles on any walk. He can often go so far ahead people think he’s lost (he isn’t!) and I can’t count the times people have telephoned me to ask if I’ve lost my dog because I put Call my Mum and my mobile number on the collar!! It’s wonderful. It works and I bought the most vivid colours so he’s easy to spot from a distance. Every dog owner who sees it remarks on what a great idea it is.

I ordered the personalised dog collars and I was extremely impressed. They look great and more importantly they are very sturdy which is perfect for my two strong breeds. I would 100% recommend these collars and the Company. I will definitely be using them again.

From the date I placed the order i had help with changing the colour of collar and embroidery and throughout I had regular updates as to delivery.

I have had these collars for over 5 years now for my 3 dogs - they are very well made, and having my telephone number on the collar in a large very readable font means if they did get lost it is easier for the finder to read, and contact me. Although all my dogs wear ID tags, to be honest the writing is quite small and when they get a bit of mud on them, they become hard to read. These collars are excellent value for money - and having a choice of colours helps to put right collar on the right dog!
