I am a newbie when it comes to ear stretching, I tried it once when I was younger and had a terrible experience (lots of pain, maybe even a blow out) but it's always something I've wanted to do. I've never bothered to try again as alot of information out there is wrong on contradicting. Fast forward to earlier this year when I found custom plugs, not only are their products high quality and cool as hell (wont let me use a better word) they also put out some great information around how to do things properly. Thanks to these guys I have managed to get my ears to 10mm (working my way higher) and the pain has been minimal with zero blows. Thanks custom plugs, highly recommend and I'll be a customer for life (unless I somehow lose my ears)

I initially had an issue with my order, but as always the customer service was top notch, and a replacement was sent out next day, resulting in a beautiful new set of plugs and a happy customer!

I’m certain I’ve left another 5 star review at some point, however they deserve another one. Delivery is always quick, products always great and the customer service is the best, I’ve recieved another gift voucher, on top of the many free plugs, VIP pin and other gift vouchers. At this point I think I’ve recieved more free goodies for loyalty than I’ve spent with them!

An absolutely recommended shop for plugs and more! The quality of the products are great! The customer service is outstanding. I ordered from Germany and there were problems with the delivery service - the goods never arrived. When I asked, I received a very, very quick response from Lacey, who took care of the issue directly and sent the goods again. The delivery service failed again (they really should get a bad rating -.-'). I followed up again and contacted Lacey and Carmie again in the meantime and they both took care of the problem directly again. In the end it worked and everything arrived. A very, very big positive thing about this customer service, which is unfortunately far too rare today. Keep it up! gladly again!

Love Custom Plugs, you get some freebies at times and with all the orders I've gotten some coupons and stickers as well! Nothing has ever been broken upon arrival and the designs are always super clean!

Really good prices, very quick dispatch. Plugs are of awesome quality and so is the clothing. Had a very small clothing issue and it was dealt with a resolved very quickly by the amazing customer service. Can’t recommend custom plugs enough, amazing business.
