Great service and knowledge

Great service and knowledge. James was most helpful getting me the correct product i needed. He recommended the dodo-thermoliner-10m for our fibreglass roof on the lorry were converting. Ordered and recieved within 48hrs. Cannot fault James or the company. Highly recommended.

Zero Customer Service

Placed an order with this company, firstly there was no confirmation of any kind after completing the order on their website, left it a few days and heard nothing, sent a message on the website, nothing, sent an email asking what was happening, nothing, sent a WhatsApp asking again, nothing. Opened a case with PayPal and contact made, item dispatched, then a cancellation if of my order. Not sure what was going on as zero communication but I won't be ordering anything again, managed to get my item from another UK seller.

After the reply from the seller a little clarity is very much needed.
The item did not show as pre-order, have a screenshot to prove this, if it had I would not have placed the order.
Yes the order was placed on Wednesday the 4th September, the dispute was opened on 11th September a full week after ordering and not done over the weekend as stated.
At no point during that week did you make any attempt to contact me or reply to my three different types of contact, website message service, email and WhatsApp, if you don't use WhatsApp as a method of communication with your customers why do you have it as an option on your Facebook page for contact. All I was looking for was confirmation that you had received my order, I wasn't asking for a lot was I, I did not receive any emails from you until I raised the dispute on the 11th and then today after the review was published (I was invited to leave a review) there was no emails from you in my junk folder, it is checked regularly.
In the PayPal text you state you don't work on Mon/Tues which is a direct contradiction of the info on your email header page which states you do the website on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, on Tuesday 10th you replied to a message I sent to your ebay shop asking if you had the same item in stock, you managed to answer that saying they were in stock even though you don't work on a Tuesday, in frustration at being ignored and completely in the dark about my order I raised a PayPal dispute, if I could change this review to zero stars I would, utter waste of my time.

Thanks for the message and the update. We don’t have an eBay shop only the website which is active Tuesday evening to Friday. Items were cancelled on your dispute as we don’t leave them live. If a customer opens a dispute for an item that isn’t dispatched we will always cancel and refund regardless. Sadly with you not seeing the pre order message the item wasn’t shipped.

Item was on back order at time of order, shown on the listing. Ordered on the Wednesday and you set a dispute up over the weekend (picked up on the Wednesday) giving us 3 days to resolve any issues.

Stock arrived the Tuesday (last week) and all sent to awaiting customers. We refunded the PayPal dispute as there’s no need for a customer to wait for a dispute to resolve having set this up. The website cancelled the order and you would have received a cancellation email. It was never dispatched.

Confirmation may have gone to your junk mail but the pre order information is on the description which can only assume you missed on order. We don't use WhatsApp as a direct communication channel with customers, only email. There wasn’t any update on email as the message was on the PayPal dispute for you too.

We are the UK distribution for Philippi so glad you found what you needed through one of our outlets and sorry it didn’t work out for you this time. Thanks

Incredible service

Incredible service - talked me through and gave me plenty of advice to make sure I was buying the right products & quantities. Best price on the internet and free delivery, which arrived on a pallet within 24 hours of placing the order! Highly recommended and will use again

Led Mk4 trunk lamp

The customer service is 100%. Which nowadays is somewhat lacking most places. Excellent product also. When I’m looking for more upgrades, I’ll definitely try them again, and would 1000% recommend to other dubbers!

Awesome customer service

James also was able to refer me to other merchants for other parts which was really appreciated. No customer service skills

Waited for over 6months and I still do not have a complete order of blinds. When disputed through my credit company after no reply to a number of emails and phone calls, I have now been threatened with legal action. No customer service skills and impossible to contact. The blinds themselves are good quality but I have wasted hours of my life chasing this ‘company’. Check out the VW forums for honest advice about this company.

Its never great when things go wrong but a reply and reflection is important. We sell thousands of products and work hard to provide quality products. Over the last 6 months we have clearly stated to use the contact form ONLY to keep communication organised for us whilst working remotely.

'Faulty or incorrect items must be returned prior to replacement unless agreed otherwise.  You must report this immediately (or within a reasonable timeframe - 30 days by law) following receipt and not use the product unless specifically agreed by us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please take photographs as evidence

Notification was made on the 12th January that the product was incorrect, 4 months after the delivery date with refusal to return or evidence the faulty items delivered for a refund.

We have arranged a courier to collect the blinds (4 months after they arrived) which can be returned for a full refund but this has been refused and rejected upon collection.

I recently purchased a brand new OEM part from Customveedubs as they had it available cheaper than the dealer.

Fantastic quality and customer service

Fantastic quality and customer service! I needed a product that was not available from any other supplier. Custom Vee Dubs took the time to understand my requirements and develop a bespoke set of windows silver screens to meet my VW T6 camper setup. I highly recommend them to all VW camper enthusiasts!!
