A very polite and efficient service offered by custom Wax and seals, Sam listened to what I’ve needed and created a design that not just met but surpassed my expectations. I have to say I’m thoroughly pleased with the standard and quality of the product I received and I’d like to give a special thanks to Tom her husband and Sue her mother who work tirelessly in the background to ensure the products that is created is nothing less than perfect. Truly a family run business that cares about the customers they have and want to make any purchase with them something to remember

I ordered 2 seals for our wedding invitations. It was pretty much last minute as I had been let down by another manufacturer, but Sam promptly took and processed my order. The seals were amazing, sturdy yet detailed, which were perfect for our wedding invitations.

Would definitely return if I need another seal. Highly recommended.

I ordered two stamps and they turned out great! Their catalogue is unmatched, especially with clan family crests. One stamp had a minor defect in it; I emailed them and the very next day I had a replacement on the way. I highly recommend this company

Great communication by Sam Deakin who does an excellent job of walking you through the process and guiding you on the design.

Turn around times are great as well!

Ordering was simple, stamp and box are amazing looking, packaging was top quality, shipping was quick. Our cat loved the box and the packing material. There was even a few freebie wax sticks and stick on seals included. Great experience!
