Buyer beware........and don't if you live out of state!
So beyond all the glitz and shiny websites you should beware ordering from this business. I live in Hawaii and thought I would get something different. Something unique that is not common in my area. I found it and ordered. Now it cost a lot just to ship items to the islands, but I ate it.
Turns out the leveling kit I needed for my truck they didn't have, so my order was changed by someone within Custom Offsets. I caught the mistake before shipping and have been told I must wait until they recover the shipment before I'm reimbursed for THEIR mistake. Its Christmas, I have a family like all of the staff there. They enjoy their Holidays, but I have to make excuses because they didn't return my fees from this transaction. So you call to try and get some answers, but of course.........the runaround. Terrible service. Merry Christmas.

They notified me immediately that 2 of my wheels that were shipped to them was damaged and had me pick new set and didn't charge me the difference in price. And my delivery was only 3 days later than scheduled due to no fault of theirs!!

Beautiful Wheels!
I purchased 4 wheels for my 2019 Tahoe from Custom Offsets. They arrived within the week of ordering them & they are GORGEOUS! I am in love & I can't wait until the spring to put them on. I don't want the winter weather of PA to get them dirty so we are waiting. Packaging was great & they even came with a cloth covering. I would definitely order again!

Convenient, affordable, fast, and High Quality
I really can’t express how convenient and easy it is to have a new set of mounted and balanced tires on a beautiful new set of rims arrive! Look great, rides great, I didn’t get a quote but having worked at a wheel and tire shop when I was young I know it probably would have cost close to double the price from a chain tire shop for everything. If you have beat up rims, next time you need tires I would recommend just paying the extra couple hundred and just bolting on yourself! Also shipping was way faster than I expected. Thank you 🙏🏼

My experience with custom offsets was nothing short of awesome, the were very helpful and informative, I bought new wheels and tire and they shipped them out to me mounted and balanced, they were packaged well and in a manner that insured that they were not going to be damaged during shipment.

The communication with the representative was great, there were steady updates on the process and shipping and the items arrived ahead of the initially scheduled date.
