I’ve had a really positive experience working with Kaylin. She’s been incredibly helpful in sourcing strong, relevant CVs for my roles and has made the whole process much smoother. Her guidance with navigating the CV-Library system has been especially valuable, saving me time and helping me get the most out of the platform.

Excellent Support and Quick Resolution
We recently experienced some issues with our CV Library integration, and I have to say the level of support we received was excellent from start to finish.
Terri was particularly helpful throughout the process—responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in finding a solution. She took the time to fully understand the issue and worked closely with us to ensure everything was resolved as smoothly as possible.
What stood out most was her willingness to go above and beyond, helping us reset our setup and making sure we could get back up and running without impacting our candidate experience.
Overall, a really positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service and support.

Returning customer, reached out to customer support with a tech issue and Courtney Jackson walked me through it and got a resolution on the phone there and then. Much more refreshing approach compared to the prevalence of chatbots and no phone support with other suppliers!
