Customer Service rates a zero

Well, I can understand that they may be understaffed, there’s no excuse for being told your prescriptions are ready, they handed the envelopes, and then being told they’re not ready. I think I’ll probably change from CVS to Walgreens or someone else.

I gave CVS one star because it would…

I gave CVS one star because it would not allow me to give no stars. I had been a CVS pharmacy customer for decades. I will now be transferring my prescriptions to another local pharmacy. It is impossible to speak to anyone from the pharmacy on the phone. You have to leave a message and maybe they will call you back when it’s convenient for them. I work full time. I call when it is necessarily convenient for me. I will not play phone tag all day when I have questions about my prescriptions or vaccines. Sorry CVS, but I consider my health to be much more important than you do. Shame on you.

It's the same old thing for the last 10…

It's the same old thing for the last 10 years, the employees in the pharmacy are not qualified to be there.Noone wants to come into a place like this and encounter such rude people. The front end customers service is great. The pharmacy employee act as if they don't wanna be at work. They will tell you anything that doesn't make sense, when they have screwed up.The thing about this is it's been going on to long and they are allowed to get by.I will no longer use their service,I stopped once, because of convience, but will not be going back because it's obvious that they don't CARE,AT ALL.

CVS on hatch rd in ceres Ca

CVS on hatch rd is a joke. They watched me struggle carrying in a box at 6 pm mind you they close early. The girl at register laughed then the store manager said the package was to big. I have dropped off bigger packages before. manager proceeded to tell me it’s to big and they literally had a empty space he was worried about not having room for another package when they were closing and ups picks up at noon the next day. I felt he profiled me I know they could have took my package Walgreens takes them all the time and I always use cvs. Very disappointing and bad horrible customer service. I we’ll no longer be using cvs anymore and I welll have my parent stop as well.

No responsibility for safety of CVS-branded products

I bought CVS-branded bandaids listed as for sensitive skin. The first one stuck so hard to my skin I could not get it off my skin without severe bruising and slight tear. This was after 5 days of trying heat, soap, oil. When I contacted them, they told me to speak with their vendor in China. I responded that it was their responsibility not to put their brand on a dangerous product, that I wanted to see them address their branding. And they ghosted me.

The CVS Pharmacy in Walnut Cove is…

The CVS Pharmacy in Walnut Cove is AMAZING!!!!!! They are always friendly and go out of their way to be accommodating. Their automated system is wonderful at letting you know when a new prescription has come through, and when it is filled. Whenever I have left a voicemail that needs to be returned they always respond promptly! My insurance company and my husband‘s insurance company have called us several times suggesting that we change to their pharmacy. Even though it would save us a little money we will absolutely not change from CVS! Good service and friendly people are priceless!

Telephone customer service sucks!!!

Telephone customer service sucks!!!! No matter how many times I stated I wanted to speak with a pharmacist, I was looped back to the same thread. When, finally, I was able to leave a voicemail, I was promised that I would get a call back within an hour. 5 hours later, no call. This is not acceptable!!!!!!!!

CVS corporate should have adjusted…

CVS corporate should have adjusted store staffing on hiring for their stores after receiving Rite Aid pharmacy customer accounts. CVS pharmacy are still closed for lunch. They need to get enough staff to cover and not close the pharmacy at that time. I had talked with an associate who was working in the pharmacy saying that they are behind because of the massive pharmacy prescriptions. That is a poor excuse. Corporate needs to adjust the staff needs for each of their stores. and open at 8 AM not 9am. All US. stores I’m in California.

When CVS took over our local Rite Aid

When CVS took over our local Rite Aid, they consolidated two locations into one. In the couple of years since this has happened I have had REPEATED issues getting my prescriptions filled on time. The AI phone assistant is terrible. And the concept of leaving a message is disrespectful of MY time. Just because someone has a minute to call me back, doesnt mean Im in a place to take the call. My latest problem is that They did not have sufficient quantity in stock (again) to fill my insurance's 90 day reccommended amount. They STILL BILLED my insurance for 90 days but sent me home with 30 pills. The next month I had to deal with the issues listed above, because I could not refill due to their billing mistake. While they did fix it within a couple of days it doesnt change the fact this is a hassle. Now I should be refilling the last 30 days I have already paid for and the automated system has pushed MY ability to refill out ANOTHER 30 days because they messed up AGAIN while trying to correct their first mistake. At this point if I try to take my prescription elsewhere I will have to go 2 months without it.. just like the original error. Shame on the insurance for forcing 90 day refills, and shame on CVS for making the process a bigger hassle

CVS Russell parkway

CVS Russell parkway, Warner Robins ga. I have been getting my meds there for years. Have had my current insurance over a year and I get refills automatically every month. Today I tried to pick up my antibiotics and they said I don't have insurance. I tried to show my card and she refused saying I had to come inside. I had just waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line. I asked why my insurance wasn't showing in their system and tried to show her on my app where it was there and she wouldn't even look. This is unacceptable. I know other that have had same problem. Why does this happen? The lady was very rude as well . I admit I lost my temper at the end but she was very confrontational to begin with. I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

Awful

Rating: ⭐️ (1/5 stars)
Title: Completely broken work culture from the top down
Review: "While the stores are normally kept clean, the retail staff is beyond incompetent. Employees are never where they be to provide customer help, and they do the absolute bare minimum required by their job descriptions. When you do find someone, they are sarcastic, smug, unprofessional, and entirely unhelpful. This severe incompetence isn't just an issue at one specific store; it is a systemic company issue trickling directly down from upper management to the floor staff. It is a completely broken work culture, and corporate management should be absolutely ashamed of this workforce. They are incredibly lazy, completely useless to shoppers, and do not even deserve to be cleaning toilets in a truck stop. Avoid shopping here at all costs

Nothing frozen will be frozen. Blond short heavy set lady goes off refused to give me my meds told me to go else where, hear medication so concern for customer obviously not important at all. This place is a jest give us your money and our care for your well being is out the window.

As I’m sitting here like literally…

As I’m sitting here like literally dying with pneumonia, my lungs they’re stupid app literally is having my meds shipped when I had pressed same-day delivery and it actually showed that it was same-day delivery. Then when I hit checkout, it put it in the shipping. I paid for extra care plus and this is what you get. I need these they are crucial and now I’m putting in more danger because of this I told my kids they can sue CVS Pharmacy. If anything happens to me I’ve already talked to the Corporate Office on the phone and she literally told me there’s nothing they can do that. It can only be shipped because it’s already said to be shipped. Do not be a member of CVS Pharmacy it’s Its. It’s all rocked. Their prices are super high so it makes you look like your membership. You’re getting a lot of money off and you’re not they’re not worth it. Go to another pharmacy that’s worth it and has a reliable app. They won’t even refund my membership. That’s the biggest part. There are a big rip off. Do not fall for it.!!!!!

Had a very poor experience recently…

Had a very poor experience recently with CVS Telegraph Rd in Wilmington, DE. I had questions about a new prescription and waited at the consultation area for about 20 minutes without being approach by anyone. Finally the pharmacist yelled over to me from across the room "what do you want." I said I had questions about a med. She said she had to give vaccinations and that I could wait. I waited and then another staff person did the same thing. I explained what needed and she looked over at the vaccination area and just rolled her eyes. She said that I could just wait. I thanked her and walked out. My questions would have taken one or two minutes to answer. I found the prioritizing process to be appalling. Also, they clearly needed to have two pharmists on duty. This is one of many problems I have had with CVS. It will be the last one though because I changed pharmacies.

This one star rating is for the app

This one star rating is for the app. I use CVS on Jonesboro Rd in McDonough. I received all these app features that can't be used at the store because there is no data connection service in that area. What's the use? 😳

Nonexistent service

On a painfully slow, practically empty Sunday afternoon, I walked into CVS to drop off a prescription. I stood there for ten full minutes while a pharmacy tech glanced right at me… then deliberately went back to what she was doing. A few minutes later, the pharmacist stood up, looked straight at me, and also went right back to his task.
At that point I said, “For real? You’re both going to look at me and just… not?” Only then did the pharmacist suddenly perk up with a fake‑casual, “Oh hey, whatcha got?” As if any of this was actual customer service.
I walked out. CVS can absolutely go out of business and earn every bit of the P&L they deserve. Don’t spend your money here. They clearly don’t need your business — and they definitely don’t want it.
