The PC looks great, and is NOW performing well. However, I did have to go in and loosen screws around the AIO CPU cooler due to clicking noises. Support was very helpful and response in that rega... See more

High quality computer, not-so-great support
I got one of their cheaper towers because I'm sick of using Apple products. I paid somewhere around $800 for a computer that outperforms my old Mac in every way, yet cost a fraction of the price.
The only issue I have with Cyber Power PC is their customer support. The wifi on my tower (which is stock, I didn't touch anything inside the tower) worked intermittently. So I contacted support to see what they would recommended and basically got a reply of "we sell computers and a means to customize them. Since we have no way of telling what you've done to the computer we can't really do much except recommend using an ethernet cable". Oh, and I learned this later on, apparently it's well known that the default wifi on a Cyber Power PC is crap and doesn't work well.
However, even with all the not-so-great support I've received, I love the computer. It's a beautiful box of technology and it works great. I use it for streaming & gaming and neither lag whatsoever. The great thing about a Cyber Power PC is you can customize basically any part of it. I plan on upgrading the RAM and a few other components sometime in the near future.
Good products, great communication.
Great communication during build and ship. Wide selection.
ease of transaction
ease of transaction. Product information. great computer. Packaged well for shipping.
This is the place to buy a computer.
I found the ability to select so many different components from so many different choices to be very pleasing. I could select and re-select various upgrades or downgrades without feeling like someone was looking over my shoulder or trying to upsell me on everything. It was easy to get to just the price point and performance I was looking for. Checkout was simple and contact with the company was responsive. Sales called to ensure the order was correct and authorized. Information on build and delivery was readily available. There were no surprises which is just what you want in a purchase of this kind! This is my second computer from this company (first one ran great for ten years!) and I expect a third will happen in the future.
This is my third CyberPower PC
This is my third CyberPower PC. One for myself and two for my grandson. Every experience has been great. I really like the flexibility and variety of components you offer so I can "build" exactly what I want. You keep the process simple and straightforward making purchasing a dynamite PC a piece of cake! Thank you!
Seem to have got a system that was…
Seem to have got a system that was working to spec. Have not had any issues so far. The previous system I had CyberPowerPC build is still running fine and has had no issues for years, but was not upgradable to windows 11. (Microsoft problem) :)
Bought a PC from them
Bought a PC from them, got a redlight on the motherboard not even 2 months in. I go to send it back to them for repair and find out they make you pay for shipping…… so I pay $3600 for a broken machine and 150 to send it off and have them repair it. Terrible.
Great place for custom gaming PCs
Ordered 3 computers from this place, always get exactly what I ordered in a timely manner, the computers have always worked great.
As advertised
As advertised, great communication, delivered precisely when specified. 👍
Just another one I love.
I have purchased several systems over the years from CyberPowerPC and always very happy with them! Only additional information would be to include the MB manual, video card manual and case information. Save us from lots of online searching.
I bought a cyberpowerpc and it didn't…
I bought a cyberpowerpc and it didn't boot up. I called support and the tech said this was a common issue and he had a fix. Told me to take out and reinstall RAM. Then do one at a time. Said I would have to mail in the RAM and they'd send out new ones. While he was taking down my info he hung up.
Called again and got a different tech. He had me do the RAM thing and then emailed me other steps. Take out the video card, remove the bios battery. Told me to call back if that didn't work. Said I'd have to mail the whole machine back and they'd figure it out.
Called a third time and another tech. Told him the issue and he said just return it to Best Buy. He's the only one who solved the issue. Won't get cyberpowerpc ever again.
Amazing pc
Amazing pc , second one purchased from here. Unbelievable how fast i got my pc
The good and the bad, so far.
The ordering process with CyberPowerPC was smooth and straightforward, but their shipping policy is a definite downside. They ship through UPS with a strict “signature required” rule, which prevents you from changing the delivery date or time, picking up the package at a UPS facility, or leaving a signed note for drop-off authorization. I contacted UPS about adjusting the delivery, but they said only the sender could make changes. When I reached out to CyberPowerPC, they told me they couldn’t either. Because of that, if no one’s home during delivery, there’s a good chance your PC will be sent back to CyberPowerPC— what their support confirmed. My scheduled delivery window was between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on weekdays, which is impossible for anyone who works a standard 9-to-5 job. I ended up missing the first attempt, but thankfully, the UPS driver went above and beyond and dropped by later that evening when I was home. He mentioned that all future attempts would’ve been during the same window, so without his extra effort, I likely wouldn’t have received it at all.
Once I finally got the PC, unboxing it was a great experience. Everything was neatly packed, securely assembled, and cable management was nice. I do have some reservations about the Apevia power supply—its reputation online isn’t great—but so far, it’s performing fine. The system looks fantastic and runs smoothly. My interaction with CyberPowerPC’s support team was also positive: fast, helpful, and polite given the situation. If it weren’t for the restrictive shipping setup, I’d gladly buy from them again. Still, I’m cautious after reading reports of others experiencing issues down the line due to lower-quality components. Time will tell.
Great quality
Great quality, no surprises, the process of buying was exactly as expected and the pc build quality is great!
It was easy to select a system
It was easy to select a system, everything is designed for a wide array of gaming life. From the part time gamer to someone who does 3d render, you won't be sorry you did.
Rude customer service
I bought two pcs in less than 30 days from your site, and over 5 years I've bought 7 units from your company. your customer service would rather argue with me about screen shots and what I received than send me the $5 keyboard promo I asked for. I def cannot recommend this treatment and it will likely discourage me from future purchases.
