All my contact with Cyclehoop Rentals since the beginning of November has been brilliant. This is the first time I have used a hangar service and at every point the team have been helpful, patient and extremely prompt in their responses to my emails. I honestly feel they have gone above and beyond.

Great product and speedy delivery.
We had two bike storage systems delivered to our company CVP.
Cyclehoop delivered the storage units 2 week ahead of the the expected delivery date and the ins talion was seamless.

Amazingly fast and efficient service- My email was answered within minutes of sending and all before 9am! Very helpful team and fair policy of refunding any months not used on the rental scheme when switching hangars.

I had an issue with the lock and they came over and fixed it super quickly. Really friendly and professional service. Thank you!

Terrible and patronising customer service. I received an email asking me to only place my bike in the allocated slot - completely fair. I responded that for the past year other users had been locking their bikes in whichever slot they fancied and so I was forced to use a different slot. This was then followed by a series of increasingly rude emails explaining exactly why it was my fault that other people were using the facility incorrectly and that I should have reported them (despite this causing me no issue or harm until this email). I explained that as the only time I had ever heard from Cyclehoop was to bill me so I didn't realise they wanted feedback. This was again met with accusation and rudeness to the extent where I had to ask the agent to stop contacting me. I asked to lodge a complaint and this was ignored.

Excellent professional customer service all the way through, clear communication and friendly team. Would highly recommend this service if you need to keep your bike secure and don't have the room at home! only leaving because we moved and had the space.

Fantastic customer service - first time set up went smoothly and bike is secure and dry in a central location. Would highly recommend - hoops should be everywhere. Queries answered really swiftly. Moving away so have experienced the cancellation process which is simple: fill out the form available online to post back with the key to get deposit back.

This is such a great service. We have very little storage space at our place and having a place to store our bikes securely is a huge plus for us. I originally rented a bike storage space a few blocks but am now on a waiting list for one outside our place. Highly recommend this service and the customer service team are so helpful.

I used Cyclehoop's hanger down Uverdale road for a year whilst living in Fulham. It was super convenient as I didn't have the space to store a bike in my flat and it seemed a very reasonable fee for storage for a year. I never doubted the security of the hanger and would definitely recommend to anyone in the area in need of a similar storage solution! Their staff were also always very friendly and helpful.

Minor but irritating issue with the bike next to mine because of wide handlebars which meant I struggled to get my bike in and out( I am old!). I emailed and it was sorted out really quickly and efficiently and pleasantly. Thank you.

Great customer service! Very nice to have a safe bike storage for a very affordable price. Wish they would be more rental Cyclehoop across cities as the waiting time to get a space is a bit long. Maybe a monthly subscription rather than yearly could be something to consider. Continue the great job.

Cyclehoop have only ever been very supportive & helpful to me. Always very quick to answer calls & to help with questions. They are very proactive in these respects, even going the extra mile.
