Really quick turnaround from ordering to delivery

I don’t often leave reviews for companies but the customer service there is horrendous.

I tried to help them out in every way I could when a parcel was dumped incorrectly outside my house, but instead of a thank you they gave out my personal details to someone random and then blamed me for the mistake.

If that’s the way they treat people who try and help them I wouldn’t trust them with anything.

The delivery was very prompt a few days ahead of time. The representatives from the company spoke to myself on a few occasions, to see if there was anything else they could assist me with. Very helpful & pleasant staff

Cycle Solutions made the process of ordering a bike through my work's cycle to work scheme a pleasure. The process was simple and easy and the service and delivery was excellent and very quick.

Bikes are really good quality, great prices, cycle scheme is available with great finance bike comes with warrenty, had one bike with the scheme and had really good customer care.

As soon as decided on the bike, I went on to the site, and filled the form, submitted, I did call just to clarify a few things, the customer service was, very helpfull, and they answered all my queries, the turn around was very swift, highly reccomend, for speed and great customer service.

Ordered electric bike through Cycle to Work,package (huge box)came with bike fully set up,just pedals and steering to fit and adjust.
Can not blame,also great communication regarding delivery time.

Hi, I screwed the pedals in tight but when cycling last night the pedal fell off - (non drive side) it looks like the thread has been stripped from the crank (not the pedal itself).

How do I get a replacement crank?

Ordering my bike was very quick and easy. Everything was explained and easy to make the decision

Cycle Solutions was easy and straightforward to use. They sorted pretty much everything for me from start to finish, and the time from applying to the scheme to getting the bike was under 2 weeks. The delivery was delayed by one day which was inconvenient but that was FedEx's fault not theirs.
