Great shop staff very helpful and very knowledgeable.shop accessories a little bit expensive. I got a €30 gift credit for store the day after buying bike which didn’t make sense as I could have used that towards something on the day. Bike was over €3000 so probably could done something closer to €100 store credit but anyways,it wasn’t to be

Great customer service
The Store team was super helpful in selecting and kitting out my new bike as well as sorting everything for the bike to work scheme. I found I got good customer service and would happily go there again.

Returned a pair of overshoes that…
Returned a pair of overshoes that failed after 2 months of use. Was told that the person handling returns would be in touch. Called and left a message, no response. Called again and the guy on the phone could not have been less interested. Called a third time, told I was sent a text regarding replacement or store credit, that I never received. BUT. I finally have confirmation that I will have them replaced after 3 weeks of waiting - too long for such a low cost item, which should have been replaced when I brought them in - this is customer service, a 3 week delay is not. The second star purely for your associate Larissa who did show the customer obsession that should be provided, nothing special. An apology for the delay and providing me with the an answer.

Ebike on bike to work scheme
I was in a couple of times sorting out getting an E bike on the bike to work scheme and all the staff were super helpful, especially Stefan who advised on which bike would be the best fit. They have a great range of options as well.
