I have received broken items
I have received broken items. So the person who packed it didn't check them. They were not very expensive (40 DKK each), but they were a reason for making the order.
I don't know what to do now. No sense to return and no sense to buy the new one....

Table painting cracks - no return
We have bought a table,
After 10 month the painting on the table start to open and the table look like 10 years old, i have opened a claim, they replied sorry we cant help you its not manufacturing fault 🤷♂️🤷♂️
We are only three in the house and always at work we didn't use the table that much and there is always a good cover on the table

I and my friend had waited for the…
😊Finally I could come to the shop in Grostrup today. I was bit sick on the last winter then did online shopping. It happened unordinary thing and I called the customer care after the thing but he might not be good mood on the phone. Although It had given me the heavy feeling for a few weeks before I come the shop to fix the things.Probably I was quite lucky today to have two very heartful managers there. Mikael has decent and gentle hospitality. Lars has also same kind of hospitality and responsibility and the Kasse lady is also amasing. I would like to bring lots of money to there near the future after I will finish my new education😊I have stayed at the shop for 5 hours🤭including lunch time.
