Product Quality is too bad , it breaks down very easily .
Delivery man was also behaving very rudely and didn't even deliver to house but left the package in the parking lot .I will never buy from Daells bolighus.

If you are paying for a curb delivery, the driver will assess where he can best responsibly park with the truck. If this is at a parking lot (if you live in an apartment, for example) then this is perfectly fine.

I bought sofa for 10.000dkk and I have paid 390 dkk for the delivery and they delivered me at parking area 😠. They think that 390 dkk is not enough to take it to living room or at least outside the house.

Delivery to curb means that the delivery of the goods is made to the pavement curb closest to your home. If the driver assesses this to be at the parking area, this is ok.
If you would like it brought to your house/inside living room, our inside home-delivery cost 799dkk.

Never ending wait
I bought sofabed. And when i opened the packaging one wheel was defected. So i called to the customer service and they ordered a new wheel. Now it's over 3 months and I'm still waiting for delivery. I don't think so it's a good service.

Bad delivery, bad acting, and beacuse of this i will return the staff that I bought, i baid 800 kr , for at they delivery it at the room , but they left it behind the door and even when I explained for them , they denied.

BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY
BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
We paid full amount of money for the furniture to be delivered upstairs, instead the delivery company dropped everything on asphalt like garbage and left.
Ended up paying the same amount of money to other delivery company, who isn't too lazy to carry furniture as they were paid for.
From customer service we were given a lame excuse that they can't break the packaging, when in reality there was only 1 guy who came and it was too much work for him, so he left.
Last and not last, they are not giving a refund for service NOT PROVIDED.
Will be contacting a law representative from here, scamming in the middle of the day should not be tolerated by anyone :)

Great customer service
A big furniture store with a lot of choices for a wide price range of furniture. I had some problems with the quality of the sofa, and some other issues and a customer service representative Bettina, was so helpful. She was fast to reply to my complaints, arranged the exchange, gave us plenty of time to look for a new sofa, and overall she made dealing with this tiring proces easier. If it wasn't for her I would rate this store really low.
