I had issue with the material on two of the pyjamas I have purchased. The customer service was great and have provided two new sets to replace my previous ones. Great service. I love these pyjamas, they are light but keep me at the right temperature all the time, summer and winter time for me. Just so glad Dagsmejan is providing such a grea service in replacing the damage sets I have purchased.

My inquiry was responded to right away. I had emailed about an issue some months ago and revisited that as I recently placed an order. I was very pleased with the response.

Customer service is amazing. They get back to questions regarding orders very quickly. The products are worth every penny. The sleep mask is the best I have ever owned. I have lash extensions and this mask keeps them free from friction. the cups are so great! Sometimes I am blinking and think it is pitch black only to remember i have a zero pressure and total black out mask on. I forget I am wearing it!

I was searching high and low for months for some high-quality pajamas when I stumbled upon Dagsmejan. It's so hard to find pajamas that have a light cuff at the bottom of the leg, which I wanted so they wouldn't ride up. I ordered the pajama bottoms and found the quality so good and the material so soft that I ended up ordering a top and will be ordering another one soon! The customer service is also wonderful. I'm so glad that this company exists!

Dear Dagsmejan,
You recently sent me a return label for the replacement of some trousers I purchased from you that were too big, and I wanted to replace them for a smaller size. The request was approved and I got sent a label to print and take to my nearest EVRI office (8/01), which I did, but the office said that the barcode, when they read it with the machine resulted "not valid".
Could you please send me a different one or check if there is a mistake?
Or perhaps it is a specific office where I need to drop the parcel, instead of anyone?
I really do not wish that this possibility expires and I would be terribly disappointed with the customer service, which was outstanding on the first instance but since I have sent 3 emails and gotten no response.
My initial order number was 43389S and my return request number is RMA#RE5JF83.

My wife and I love the pajamas! We had one issue with the material wearing thin and ripping during one season of use and contacted the company a year later (jammies in the drawer and out of sight) and the company came through to stand by their products and replaced the damaged products. I so appreciate companies that can work with you to resolve problems thoughtfully and considerately!

These pajamas are outstanding. I never want to take them off. I have owned 100% cotton, and 100% silk pajamas but these outperform those without question.
They are attractive and wash perfectly. No fussy laundry services needed. Customer service is not instantaneous but it is courteous and helpful. Just give them a few days. You won't be disappointed in the quality and you will sleep better. They have fabrics for hot sleepers, cold sleepers and inbetween.

Supportive customer service helped me manage a customs delayed delivery with great professionalism and a strong company ethics policy!! Quality Product produced by a company that holds the moral high ground…. So refreshing in 2024. Forever grateful to Michaela and her Colleagues!

I am very particular about my lounge and sleep attire, and when I found these I knew I found the best. I went immediately back for more. They are soft, lightweight and cozy. I chose both the stay warm and stay cool for different needs. I also ordered the blanket scarf for ultimate cuddles and it is divine. I made an error on my order and customer service was prompt and perfect. This company and their products are fabulous. Highly recommend.

The Dagsmejan products (Balance, Natcool) I bought in december 2022 changed the face of my nights. I usually experiment cold and hot time during the night, but I really feel better even if I still feel hot flashes during the night, due to hormonal changes. And I really appreciate the fact that my nightdress doesn't twist around until it blocks my movements. Well, maybe it does twist, but I don't feel it anymore, so it doesn't wake me up. Thanks a lot to the team Dagsmejan! Can't wait for other innovations in the universe of sleep and night.

Sadly I have to report that these pyjamas do not last. I have had a set of Nattwarm pyjamas for just over a year. The first top developed holes quite quickly and I was given a replacement, now both the top and the bottoms are developing holes, the material goes a light grey colour then the threads begin to break. I wash these pyjamas on a cold wash in a protective wash bag and then hang them up to dry. At the price of these pyjamas they should last a long time, sadly they are not fit for purpose. I will add that they are very comfortable, but I would not buy another pair.

My pyjamas have literally fallen apart, I have been trying to repair the holes as they appear but a very large hole has appeared in the trousers and they are no longer repairable, this is appalling at that price.

The product itself is great. I gave it to my boyfriend for Christmas and he has slept with it every night since.
Best of all though, was the Customer Service. I missed the delivery and with Christmas madness I didn’t notice it until it had already been sent back. It was just a few days before Christmas and upon contacting them (very easily through the website chat) they immediately checked everything to find my order and on the next day it was already on the way back to me, to assure I would receive it before Christmas.
I was really impressed and grateful. Never had a problem resolved so fast and so positively. 100% recommended.

In 2021, I bought one of the Dagsmejan pyjama tops that's supposed to keep you extra warm at night. At first, I was quite impressed but after moderate wear last year and careful washing in accordance with the Dagsmejan guide on how to handle the clothes, the shirt's material now has worn very very thin on both arms and finally has started to tear in several places. I reported this to their costumer service expressing my disappointment in the quality of the shirt given the high price of about 90€. Unfortunately, the costumer service did not respond to my issue on the quality of the shirt but only pointed me to their washing guide and claimed that with normal wear, issues like mine are what is to be expected. A 25% discount was offered on my next order, which frankly is absurd. I will not order another shirt for almost 100€ only for it to fall apart within one year of seasonal (!) wear. If my shirts from H&M from way back in university can last me for over ten years, I expect more from a "high end" brand as Dagsmejan claims to be. I will address my concerns again with customer service in hoping to resolve the issue.

This company is a Swiss high quality team! Anxious about my order from Switzerland to Canada, I contacted them, got fast answer and for my worries with the delivery service ( not Dadsmejan!) they gave me a discount. Received my order in elegant wrapping and in plenty of time. Should not have worried. They made all the wrongs from the delivery company right, many times over. That is Swiss quality! And the colors and materials of the garments are fantastic. So very comfortable and beautiful. Thank you for your personal care!

This was the first time I did not receive my shipping information. Contacted Customer Service and their response was most useful … everything you could hope for! The package has since arrived and I am thrilled with the product as well. This is the fourth item I have purchased- all exceptional.

I have purchased a few articles of sleepwear and I love each purchase! The fabric is very comfortable and made very well.

The most comfortable nightwear EVER. Without doubt worth the investment - I have some items that are still perfect after 2 years of wear. Once worn, you will never want to wear anything else!
Their customer service is superb and rapidly resolved an issue for me recently.

Bad Quality of of products
Unfortunately after washing 15-20 times your shirt it falls apart and gets holes (I use the high end washing mashine from Miele).
The customer service only offered after some emails and photo exchage a small discount on a new item in their shop although they knew, that I bougth 10 shirts.
I wil not buy anymore - sorry for this startup

Thank you for your reply - I have not one single other product, underwear or shirt being damaged like this - and sorry again - I think I used one of the best washing machines - but I am fine - and confirm - never will buy again and share my experience on other platforms
