Great Customer Support
Daktronics has superb customer service. Part of my job is managing a LED Daktronics reader board display. The sign can have issues at times, due to a number of factors, but contacting the support does not add to any inconvenience. Every representative I have talked to is easy to understand, very patient, and friendly. I had a great casual conversation with one rep about computer components and technology while waiting for an update. The number of steps in the automated phone tree is not too cumbersome.The only critique I have is that hold times can be a bit long but not too terrible depending on the time. I have been on hold for over five minutes before. All considered, I am happy with the support received. I have used this company as an example of good service when speaking with peers and colleagues. This is a perfect example of customer support done right.
