I was sent the wrong colour by mistake and they were so kind and helpful and the problem was fixed so quicky! The fabric itself is very high quality

Using Evri is a mistake - was over a week before it arrived after a false ‘unable to deliver’. Customer services were responsive and did get it sorted. Would be five stars without Evri

Lovely fabric Great customer service. I recently ordered some batik fabric from this company and it arrived in about 2 days. The quality is very good and I think even though it was just a no pick clearance offer they chose a colour pallet that matched the main material I ordered and was exactly to my taste , though it may just be chance.(TBH I was expecting to receive the less vibrant designs )

As for customer service the 10 percent code failed, but they sent me a new one. They even refunded me at no charge and allowed me to reorder with the reduction which worked.

I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Fabric arrived promptly and was as described on the website. gorgeous denim embroidered in copper thread.

Sadly like the fabri, but less than happy that the site offers ‘10% off’ for first purchase. This just doesn’t work!

I’ve ordered fabric quite a few times now from you and I’ve always been happy with it. The fabric is good quality and very reasonably priced. My favourite so far has been the beach huts cotton canvas. I’ve made so many things with it and had so many compliments from people when they see it

I just love their fabrics and find it hard to resist to buy more and more. Such a great variety and quality above all. Loads of useful informations re the weight of the fabric and the contents of the material which is very important to me.

Have ordered several times over recent weeks. The fabric has always been of good quality and has arrived very promptly.
Colour-wise, the on-line photos are very accurate and match the fabric well.
Good value for money, an honest site to be recommended.

Best range of products at the best price. Good information on fabric weights and composition (though would be even better if you could filter for these). If you want specific natural fabrics like cotton satin or pure linen at a good price this is the place to come. Delivery fast and product (white linen) arrived as expected. Good that the package could fit through the letterbox.

Ordered fabric that arrived damaged had to go back and fourth to get a refund absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend this company cheap tat
