Obsessed, looks great, feels great, delivered fast which is great, can’t complain at all
i purchased the pham bundle box on the 26th march however realised shortly after that i couldn't really afford this and that the items in the bundle that i liked weren't worth buying the whole box. i emailed on the 27th asking to cancel my order and to this day (8th april) have not had a response. i sent a follow up on the 3rd april which did nothing. great company and great products but absolutely terrible customer service. if this isn't sorted before the box is shipped i will be really upset as not only will i have to pay to return it i also wont receive a refund for the £4.50 shipping cost.

While my experiences with the shop so far have been fine overall, I, and I’m sure many others, would love for this shop to try and find a clothing manufacturer with both more accurate sizing and a larger size range in both directions. The few plus sizes available run incredibly small, and I’d love to be able to actually wear the merch. I’ve gotten both the Phantasyland sweater and the Hard Launch hoodie in the largest available size and they both run very small and are unwearable. I’m sure you’re missing quite a decent portion of people who would buy if only it came in their size.

I ordered the Phantasy Calendar on 27th of November and still haven't gotten it. I also didn't get any delivery information. I emailed the customer services 2 weeks ago and they haven't replied. I really hoped the calendar would've arrived by now.

So this is my first time ordering from Dan and Phil and I'm quite pleased I got a calendar and it showed up pretty quickly some of the tracking details were a bit vague but I did receive updates and it arrived in perfect condition. it's a beautiful calendar and I absolutely love it! 💚💜🧚♂️
I'm sorry to hear that some others were having trouble with their items hopefully everyone will be able to get it worked out! In my personal experience (which as I said first time ordering so keep in mind that's not much) and what I've heard from people before (very recently too I might add) Dan and Phil seem to be very reasonable and helpful in these situations in the past and even more recently so I found it to be quite strange that so many people seem to be having issues with customer service but to be fair idk if Dan and Phil are actually personally running all the customer service stuff and/or if they're actually whose replying to people I assume someone else probably is which might be part of the problem I really have no idea anyway please don't interprete this as me trying to defend poor service or shift blame if it is their fault I just genuinely don't know how this works and assume there is probably more people and manufactures involved in these issues then just them directly since it has (from what I've seen anyway) seemed to vary heavily on where you live (I'm in the US btw don't know if that matters or not) regardless hopefully if they're not already they'll get more hands on in the process and maybe find better manufacturers for different places (depending on what the issue is) anyway best of luck to everyone I hope everything gets resolved! and sorry if this review was overly long.

i got a label created notification on the 12th of december 2 weeks and 1 day after ordering as expected however its now been 3 weeks and 2 days since getting the label created notification and i havent heard anymore. comparing to the timeline of my calender order last year ordered and received within a month. i know im not the only one experiencing this, its getting ridiculous.
The initial problem started 27 November on release day when I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size jumper. I immediately emailed customer services to ask if I could change if to a different size. I emailed again on Dec 1 to confirm they had received my email and to see if it was possible. Heard back on the 5th Dec and was told that “due to limited stock, we’re currently sold out of the XL and all other sizes for this jumper” however when I looked on the website I noticed that a large amount of sizes were still available but I appreciated that they said they were “batch two”.
I was told I could cancel but I had calendars in the order so I decided to keep it and then do a return once I’d received the order. I didn’t know if there would be another print run of the jumpers so I decided to grab one of the ones in a different size to what I wanted because I didn’t want to miss out. I’d also like to note that the jumpers didn’t say when they’d be shipped out and updates would come soon.
The replacement jumper I ordered came before my initial order, which was confusing for a number of reasons but I understand that it may have come from a different warehouse or something.
This jumper was too big (as I had to get it in a remaining size as it wasn’t clear if there would be another batch) so I wanted to send it back and decided to wait until my original order had arrived so I could hopefully send them back together as I knew that I’d have to pay shipping.
So I emailed to stat a return for BOTH jumpers on December 16th. I completely understand that this was a week before Christmas and that it would be a busy period and people would potentially be going on holiday soon but I figured that if the shop was on holiday I get an email to say so.
I followed up the email 3 days later as I had NO response.
The following day I got a copy and paste email that I assume anyone who had emailed got. That email just contained calendar shipping updates and then a “if you need help with something else” section. What it *didn’t* say was when customer service might be on holiday or that the shop would be closed between certain dates.
I replied to that email the SAME day with the same information about starting a return and hoping to at least get it SENT before Christmas as I know it can take a while to have the money refunded (30 days) and I was now down £90 with NO jumper that fits.
I haven’t heard back. I sent another email on Jan 1st (which I appreciate is a holiday) hoping to get this sorted asap.
I have no idea when the customer service team/the shop team will be back after the holiday period as it doesn’t say anywhere so I’m stuck without answers and I’m still out £90 that I could with. A refund that won’t even be worth £90 after I’ve eventually paid to ship it back.
This is not the first time I’ve had issues with customer service which I’m really disappointed about. I don’t like having to leave a negative review but for a company that I love trying to support I’m starting to get frequently disappointed.
I got excited for the new calendar like probably everyone here, even ordered it on the first day it was available for preorder, November 27th. All good so far, but then December came. Expected shipping for first run orders from the EU store was the 15th but nothing happened. Then 3 days later, on the 18th, there was an update on the shop website about calendars being stuck at customs in the Netherlands. Happens sometimes, so that was okay too. But then yet again nothing happened, I emailed asking if there's any updates on that order on December 23rd. The reply I got said that all calendars should get shipped this week, so I waited again. But then the week was over and I emailed again asking for an update on December 29th. I got a reply on December 30th, which is still fast for such a busy time, and it said the remaining calendars will ship today. Well, it is now morning on December 31st and I still don't have any update on that order.
Not sure what's going on, but I don't like getting told shipping will happen at a certain time when it clearly can't meet expectations. There lacks some sort of transparency, in admitting that sometimes it just needs some extra time to get processed. Like, why tell me a deadline when it can't be kept?
It's irritating.
I'm not mad or angry, at all. I understand that this time is super busy and many wish to finish work early to be with their families. I just wish the whole situation was handled better.
Quite fast shipping and love the fact that I’m able to track whatever I buy, no matter if it’s a calendar or a sweater! I’ve had no issues, I love the shop! ◡̈
My calendar came exactly when promised with no issues, and was really great quality
I've purchased from the Dan and Phil merch store before, way back in early 2018. I didn't have any issues then except one thing being out of stock which I was refunded for. No problem.
I ordered a shirt and a sticker set back in mid-September. The sticker set was intended to be part of a Christmas present...
Despite the Royal Mail tracking saying that it was "delivered" in October -- to CANADA direct from a sorting office in CHORLEY in less than a day apparently? sus -- I have not received either the shirt or the stickers.
If Royal Mail messed up, that's on them. Not the merch company's fault, of course.
However, the support I've received when trying to get information and trying to contact customer service about this missing order has been quite lacking, when it's happened. I've been trying to email with them for over a month and of the four total emails I have actually received in reply, three of them have been generic "hi we have a lot of emails right now" responses. Which I wouldn't be irritated about, except for the fact that they have come days after I sent my initial emails. Two of them came on the same day, actually, about six hours apart. All of the generic responses have had "if your question was not answered in this FAQ, please respond with your order number and your concern". Including the two that were in response to an email I had sent replying to the one potentially real email I got. Which by the way was also just a generic "have you tried talking to the post office or checking with your building manager" sort of suggestion, and gave the impression that whoever replied seem to have not fully read or understood my initial emails. I had to send my own follow-up email, too, after they didn't respond at all (not even automatically) for over a week at first.
At this point, it may be that I am becoming impatient and cranky about this like an old man, but I feel very frustrated, and I feel like my time and interest is being disrespected.
Even if the package has mysteriously disappeared into some sort of void or was swallowed by Pheal or something... I would feel much less irritated about this if I could get some sort of real answer out of whoever I was emailing with (hopefully a real person and not AI??). If customer service wasn't making me feel ignored, I would feel far more understanding about busy seasons or mistakes or whatever has happened. But based on the tracking update details from both Royal Mail and Canada Post (actually, LACK of tracking with Canada Post because it never made it to Canada according to them), my merch never actually even left England.
I am hoping that by writing a review I can either get someone other than me to care that my package never arrived, or I can simply add my voice to the mix and express disappointment, along with some of the issues that others have been having, to warn others.
I love my new Dan and Phil 2026 calendar!!
Super easy to order, arrived a day earlier than expected (and on my birthday!) and LOVE the calendar and the sweater. Great quality and good value, thanks danandphilshop.com :-*
