'label created'
the photocards came out great but i was unsatisfied with the shipping process. as someone who works in shipping, i find it strange that my order was listed as 'label created' for three business days, not including the weekend, as normally it should only be in that stage for less than a day. it was only after i turned on email notifications that any progress was made. while the actual product was wonderful, i hope that the shipping process moves quicker and smoother in the future and i won't have to deal with delays like this again.
