I am disappointed with the lack of transparency from Danbolig Amager. Despite an explicit agreement that the seller would clear the apartment, I received a home still filled with the previous owner’s belongings. Furthermore, the team was largely unreachable during the closing, leaving me to find out the handover details on the day of handover itself.

Update: To be fair, I have since been notified that the office is willing to cover the removal costs for the remaining furniture and wardrobe. While this is a positive step toward accountability, the situation has already caused significant stress to me and delayed my planned renovations. A more proactive approach to communication and contract compliance would have prevented this entirely. And of course, them ensuring that the seller is honoring our deal.

DanBolig Greve Karslunde has very poor knowledge about the estate they sell. They falsify floor plan and sell you something that is not legally correct.

They push you to make a quick deal and take not responsibility afterwards.

What a fast and friendly service from danbolig. Brand new post about a house, posted on Friday - call the same day in a few hours - and viewing arranged for Saturday. We were very happy with the broker we met, lets call her T, she was very patient (we brought twin toddlers with us), answered all questions, and made us feel very welcome.

In July , this year We bought a house and we needed help with documents , bank owner to the house and Rie from Danbolig Fredericia was very helpful for us.She explained and answered our questions in a very short time. Always available and kind.
I recommend Danbolig and especially Rie!

I worked with the team at Odense SV. My situation was a bit unique as I do not speak Danish and many parts of the Danish housing market, like tax system and changing evaluations, were unknown to me, and frankly hard to comprehend. On top of that I own a property which is somewhat unusual. I found the whole team, Tore, Ali and Emil in particular, very helpful. They listened very well, they were very respectful and went beyond their duty to help me navigate communications with the evaluation board and municipalities.

After some time i got a call and been asked if danbolig can put the add in social media and market. I probably said yes but i wasnt informed formed at any point in time that its gonna cost me extra!!! Bad communication!
In my head i signed agreed price and now got charged much more on what i agreed.
I learned my mistake

Great communication, the agent was interested in our case, he took good care of us but at the same time he did not overwhelm us and left space for our private talks with my husband. Overall it has been a good experience compared to other real estates.

honest property pricing and no pushing, they respect the buyer and see you as human beings instead of a bag full of money.

Everything was perfectly explained and we felt that the real estate agent would do anything for us. It was a great experience.
