She is an absolut star and I would always recommend her and the team of Estate Gentofte. We had a highly disappointing experience with an estate agent from Estate in Lyngby.

Before signing the contract, we explicitly asked multiple times whether we would still have to pay the 20,000 DKK fee if we sold the apartment ourselves. Each time, they assured us that we would not. This promise was a key factor in our decision to proceed with their services.

However, after successfully selling the apartment through our own network, they charged us 15,000 DKK for “work” they claimed to have done, which amounted to little more than contacting us and exchanging a few emails. They didn’t list our property on their website, arrange any open houses, or contribute meaningfully to the sale. Yet, they still demanded payment for minimal effort and commission.

This experience left us feeling scammed and poorly treated. Estate in Lyngby came across as unprofessional, unreliable, and exploitative in their practices. We strongly advise others to avoid their services.

I was represented by Kim and his team with a property purchase. He came highly recommended by a friend and I decided to entrust him, with consulting me on the purchase of my new apartment. He answered all of my questions and went in great details, when he analyzed the documentation provided by the seller. I've felt like I was in safe hands, throughout the whole process.

We have had the "pleasure" of trying to buy a house that was listed with Estate Ringsted.
After selling our house with Danbolig Haslev we experienced first hand how a real estate agent can work. They were responsible, quick to react and always kept us informed. We made an offer for a house. It then took Estate Ringsted 7 days to create the buyers agreement. We had to contact them, we had to follow up at every stage just to be issued the paperwork to conduct the sale.
We wanted to buy the house, but after multiple problems whilst trying to purchase it and Estate never returning emails or calls it was no surprise to learn that the house had been on the market for over 2-years!
We had sold our house and were ready to buy. We could move quickly, but still never received an answer or response to emails or calls.

How this office remains open and continues to operate with such incredibly bad service is staggering.

In short if you wish to sell your house DO NOT use Estate Ringsted, as they do not respond to buyers and do not do anything whatsoever to facilitate a sale.

If you wish buy a house DO NOT use Estate Ringsted (we actively look for houses with other agents now). If you decide to throw your money down the drain and work with Estate Ringsted then expect no update about the sale, no follow up to emails from you, your lawyer or your bank and most of all absolutely no accountability or professionalism whatsoever!

Absolutely disgusted at the lack of service and professionalism given from this branch of a well known and otherwise well trusted real estate agent.

In general most of the property agents offer similar deals but the real difference is when you look into the details. I tried using Home and then Estate Amager. And hands down Estate Amager is clearly the best property agent you can find in Amager. The key reason was that we could clearly see the effort that Estate Amager put into the sale i.e

- we had a feeling that they really understood how much we love our apartment and what were the selling points in the apartment
- we got a call after every time we had the viewing with details on how it went (I didn’t have to call and remind them to give me the feedback, which was the case with Home)
- overall took extra time to help us understand and guide us every step of the way

Basically the agent took the extra mile, and the result was the apartment was sold in a short time!

I happily recommend Estate Amager especially the agent Hong Than.

I made the first offer for an apartment, and by dk law, the realestate agents have to keep you updated if there is a counter offer.
I confirmed with the agente that I was the very first one to bid. And now they just sold the place without informing the first bidder. Very very sneaky... I wouldn’t trust them.

After a shaky start with one agent, Hong Nhat Than took over the sale of my apartment in Amager, Copenhagen and she was excellent. There was a good flow of buyers, even in difficult times and she was an extremely reliable communicator and gave me good advice.

If you're thinking about selling your apartment, make yourself a favour and choose anybody else

We sold our two appartments in Frederiksberg/Copenhagen via Estate.dk / Holm & Holst, Gammel Kongevej. It was a very professional approach and very friendly attitude from Peter Holm. Paper work and price setting of the appartments was very competent and even after several showcasing and several months with little response in the market , Estate team never gave up. After 4 months each , the apartments were sold almost to the price, and the realtor commision indeed was worth every penny. - That is the kind of business partner you will want when selling an appartment in Copenhagen. He knows his area very well and remembers important details.
We can warmly recommend Peter Holm for the selling of real estate in Frederiksberg.
