Average service but cheap indeed!

Initial impression good , very easy going guy the boss but his company didn’t seem to be profesional enough when it comes to dealing with issues like furniture disassembly. The guy was alone and I had to help him otherwise job would have never been completed safely (heavy furniture, restricted access and sensitive wooden floor!). The guy completed the job after 4 hours but It was a frustrating situation and in the end he even got a bit upset, we are still wondering why. Big tip in the end but not happy over all after spoting a big scratch on my wooden floor at new place!
