Hi, I'm new member I want to purchase subscriptions but I have seen mostly profiles are fake they are using models pictures, when I have searched these pictures on Google they are other people, I'm very disappointed to see that. And many profiles with beautiful models pictures message you to push you to purchase subscriptions, this is the dirtiest way of stealing money and play with someone emotions. Dating.com team need to take action against scammers and be honest to someone in this word. Money is not everything someone emotions are important.

The account was closed without a hastle and sales calls. It's expensive, especially what you get. I got close to a local woman. Despite saying we would meet, we never did, claims she went on a business trip to NY which got extended. I lived in NY for years. She wouldn't tell me where she was staying or didn't mention one attraction. She was likely making all this up.
This is March 2025. There are an abundance of women they state, living in the Ukraine! There is a brutal war. These are almost certainly fake profiles.
For all I know, the woman close to me, and locaton was on their payroll doing what they had to do to keep us using and buying credits.
Location was important for me. I indicated on the profile NO long distance relationships. It made no difference and when I indicated as such, it make no differrence.
Perhaps they were from the sales mentalty, a no means yes, or were they fake as well. Lets give the benefit of the doubt they are real, why are they wasting credits?

I joined because I thought it would be different to standard dating websites.
Was full of fake profiles. I did not trust what I was seeing at all
Paid for a 3 month subscription 80£. Used it for 3 days, then deleted pics because I was uncomfortable. Wrote to CS asking for a refund, at least a partial one and now I am being told to go and fill in a refund request form, but whenever I try to do it I get a blank screen. Extremely frustrating. Very easy to take my money and seems they do not want to give any back. Clear warning to others here. No recommendation from me.

This is a very bad site. Do not join it. They will charge your credit card without your permission. Now I have to dispute. It’s all fake profiles from other countries.

I agree with the others. It's all fake, even the ones with the blue mark. Never seen so many top models. They contact you but quickly you realize that they are not interested in you. It's generic stupid convo such as : what are you doing right now, what book are you reading etc...Excuse we have not even met. Lots of them (almost all) are from south America or living in Europe. Why? My profile is from USA. Same for the age. They send you cute guys that are way younger than your limit. All fake to get you in and suck your blood. Oh and many guys will try to videocam you. Don't respond or you will be charged!!!

Was on the site and spoke to a guy for 8 months with ending in broken promises.Found out he was a RPO model and actor and is married. Customer service basically told me anyone can have an alias and they are not responsible for anyone’s emotions. This was a preferred and verified man. It’s a scam to take your money

Dear Sir/Madam, good evening,
I appreciate the cancellation of the subscription; however, I will dispute the charges as I feel deceived. I will pay for the subscription fee, but the €65 charged for credits is unfair. This amount was not displayed at the time of purchase, and when signing up on the website, it was not informed that purchasing credits would be necessary to communicate with members.
Moreover, the profiles appear to be bots or hired individuals. Therefore, I will file a complaint with the relevant authorities, as there are already nearly three thousand complaints against this website. I demand a refund for the amount that was unfairly charged.
I hope we can resolve this matter amicably, without the need for further legal action.
There is no way to contact you directly, as you have blocked my email—another indication that your company is not honest.
I look forward to your response.
Sincerely,
Maria Dolores Nascimento

Una estafa, no la usen los chat son falsos creados con IA y solo te cobran por palabra.

A predatory fraud that preys on the loneliness of honest people. The data in the profiles is false. There is no possibility to talk outside the website. Bombardment with emotional letters, pushiness, insults, rudeness, manipulations are the order of the day, forcing people to send expensive gifts and read paid letters. Paid chat... for a lot of money... Only evasive answers to questions about personal life, residence, children, work. The correspondence showed that these were people living in happy relationships. Oddly enough, several different profiles send almost identical-sounding letters. Stranger profiles who know the details of my conversations
with only one user. I personally discovered fake profiles. No reaction from the platform administration. Support does not react at all to false data in profiles. The administration does not react to information about the use of AI, GPT chat by profile users, explaining it by the users' shyness. I had the impression that there were at least several different people behind one profile (different styles of correspondence, behavior, moods). I wouldn't be surprised if these were administration employees. An application for millionaires focused on ruthless exploitation. The administration's Dating.com funny and infantile explanations here, referring to support , which ignores, distorts or manipulates the facts and evidence, only proves that we are dealing with something completely disgusting, aimed only at exploitation. The scam of the century. Someone should take an interest in this fraud and be held accountable. I hope that the prosecutor's office and law enforcement authorities will finally take an interest in this scam.

Truly a rip off but I have no more to waste. Regardless of where your conversation gets, the person you’re talking to won’t allow you to talk to them outside the app…. Giving bullsgit excuses to remain talking in the app which makes no sense. Obviously, the owners of the app or their fake employees are the ones you are communicating with and it’s all about the money. This app definitely has to go! Keep reporting them! They are a bunch of scammers!
Credit me my little money I wasted, you scammers!!!!!!!We are on your tail!

Well I saw an ad for dating.com sandwiched in a news article I was reading. The ad featured a photo of a breathtakingly beautiful mature woman and I was hooked. About 5 days and $500 USD later I realized that I had tripped over the most brilliant "pig butchering" racket I've ever seen.
Within 5 minutes of completing my profile I was bombarded with messages from my target demographic( females aged 50 to 60) that looked like college cheer leaders..... first red flag. These "female members " (if they were even female) were actually 1-900 agents (40+ to remember those old days) whose job it is to keep you chatting to the tune of $300 USD an hour using their credit system. This system is augmented by an "upsell" that totally blows most other pig butchering rackets out of the water. The "members" contact you with flattering messages that stroke your ego within 5 minutes of completing your profile. This is then followed by chat that reels you into the big sell which are the little fake emojis that indicate your interest level in the fake "member" costing you anywhere from several hundred USD to several thousand USD each. Sorry fellas Marina, Jessica and whoever else you're talking to have no interest or intention of actually connecting with you on any realistic level no matter what you suggest. Mad respect to the people who came up with this diabolicly creative pig butchering racket.(Why the heck didn't I think of that?)is my first thought. My second thought is my disappointment at not being able to connect with at least one of the real females who have complained about the site. I'm actually really looking for a serious thing here. My third thought is 1 dude operating 3 or 4 lines of chat x10 in (insert name of hellhole here) = $$$$$$$$. Gotta give credit where credit is due. I'd give 10 stars for its diabolical creativity and absolutely zero for any real results, ethics etc.

From the same scammers as DatemyAge. Site is a complete rip-off with absurd costs. Do not ever give your credit card information!!! They will sign you up on many other dating sites without your knowledge/permission and try to charge you $50/month for each one of them. Trying to cancel your profile is quite complicated for the same reason and they will keep enrolling you on new fake sites. "People" you meet will try to suck up as much money as possible with virtual "gifts" and AI generated questions, most profiles are fake, and pictures look suspiciously similar, and AI generated. You will never get any real contact information!!! A complete waste of time and money.

Don't let me delete my profile. Still wants to charge me monthly fee after I cancelled it. Can't reach customer service. Scammers! Stay away from this site!

Dating.com is a scammer haven. This is where all the scammer do business. As the set up is profitable for the scammers that is behind it. They take your money and have a AI answer you. The scammer I was talking with is Chase. He said he was a doctor from Houston. Watch out he is fake. It is a customer service person answering at different time or a AI system. It was cold and uncaring at some of the time. You know it was not a live person but a AI that was answering. Plus the person avoid a lot of question that was asked. Except for staying on the system and paid credit. Quiet lucrative business system. They are literally ripping people off their money. The FTC needs to take them down. If everyone file a complaint with the FTC. They will be taken down.

They won't let you unsubscribe and keep charging your credit card sending you emails under the pretense of your request. Not happy of a credit card denial and block, they reattempt the charge under a different profile. Who does that?
A DISHONEST BUSINESS BASED IN SINGAPORE. So now my credit card has been canceled. Hahaha! Suck it up. Cannot charge me anymore. Screwed you for once and I won't be responsible for those charges either. And stop with the routine "we didn't mean to. It was a mistake, blah blah blah". Bullshit. You do it all the time because that it your purpose. You are worst than drug dealers.

Total fishing dating site - whoever is behind this is a genius. No local women - only fake profiles from all over the world. Every interaction is a credit! You need a lot of money to even carry on a conversation with a “fake”
Person or an “AI”
Stay away from this site or any affiliate
