I love David Austin Roses. The plants are healthy and start growing immediately. The roses are beautiful and smell fantastic. Ordering them directly from the company is the best way to go. This is my favorite way to get my roses!

The communication about my delivery was excellent. I appreciate knowing when my rose would arrive. That being said, the delivery guy left my rose sideways in the box. Not David Austin's fault! lol. But maybe put a note on your boxes "This side UP."

I have been ordering roses from you for 30 years. I have never been disappointed about your prompt service, excellent communication, enclosed planting guideline booklet, and, most of all, superior quality of roses!!! What is thoroughly described online is exactly what I have received. My roses receive rave reviews. Thank you!

I love David Austin Roses. They are very pretty. They do come in small when you order the 2qts in the US but in a couple of years they mature to beautiful healthy roses.

Last order received of 2 roses are v diseased. V disappointing given the cost. Waiting for a response.

Fast shipping. Although the 2 qt Desdemona is very small not even 1 foot. with spindly branches & very few. Was very disappointed. The barefoot Desdemona I got this winter was a robust sturdy canes with long roots.

I was very disappointed when I received my rose. It was only like 3 inches tall , 2, skinny canes & the leaves all had black spot.
I just planted it today very carefully so do you think this plant is gonna grow. It was a lot of money I spent for it ! thanks.

Product is great. Only improvement would be to be able to tract the shipments. We'll see how the roses do this summer

Every rose I have received has been packaged well and in good health. All have grown and flowered wonderfully.

For the price, I would have thought the plants would be more grown and stronger. I just hope they survive.

Roses were in terrible condition and dry as a bone. Basically all the leaves were yellow. I am not waiting to see if the roses thrive. It never should have been delivered in this condition from such a reputable company. Either refund me or send 2 replacements. Otherwise I am putting a stop payment. This is not the answer I wanted to receive.

I have a full garden of David Austin roses. That being said, something seemed off this year. Bare root roses arrived later than usual, but they are thriving now. My potted rose arrived on time but seems pretty puny. I have bought David Austin potted roses from a local nursery and they were bigger and happier. Communication does not seem as good as in previous years. The prices have gone up significantly and shipping is up 2 dollars a rose. I have a list of bare roots I am ready to order for next year and will probably new order a potted rose directly from them again.

I have purchased roses previously from this nursery. High quality, beautiful and so many blooms. Most of the time I purchased the bare root roses and they bloom in the first year planted. This time I got a shrub and I can’t wait to see it bloom. If you like smell to your roses, this is the place. Anywhere from light scent to one that is in the air but never overpowering. Highly recommend.

The roses are always packed with care and arrive healthy and undamaged.

I have ordered more than 250 roses from David Austin over the past few years, and every year they deliver excellent plants that thrive in my garden. Whenever they can’t fulfill one of my orders because of crop failure, they always make it right the following year. They’re an incredible company, and we’re so lucky to have their roses here in the U.S.

Roses are beautiful, of course... Great catalogue and extensive website with detailed descriptions of each rose to assist in picking ones that will go where you want them: fragrance, size, habit, needs, etc. My contacts with customer service got prompt response. Packaging of the roses was terrific -they arrived completely undamaged. The only thing I wish they would have done is ship my roses before June. Last Frost date where I live is May 10th, so would have liked to have them by then to get them started.

The rosebush we received is in excellent condition, and we can hardly wait to see it bloom - and smell it. We gave our son a couple of your roses (one climber) and he says the scent of them fills his entire yard.
