My initial interaction with this company didn't meet expectations. I've been awaiting a refund for more than a month, and the only way to reach them is via email, which is quite slow. I wouldn't consider purchasing here again.

Order didn’t fit so requested return. Did not get any update on return and no communication back from Dazzle Dancewear. Looked online for returns and they gave the name of a different company(Divacostumes) to deal with return but when I rang other company(Divacostumes) they have nothing to do with them! I have sent item back to Dazzle Dancewear address and still waiting for refund 2 months later! Have had to take up a dispute with Paypal to try and get my refund back.

Terrible website meant I accidently ordered the wrong colour leotard. I tried to request a return but didn't hear anything so posted it back the the order details enclosed. That was 2 months ago and I haven't had a refund. A month ago I finally got an email saying my return would be processed in the week but NOTHING.

Ballet shoes ordered weeks ago. Item has not been delivered. No response to email or website chat function. Landline advertised on Google is not in service and the mobile no. I found is never answered. I have had to buy the same shoes again elsewhere in time for my daughters show, so looking for a refund. Clearly no customer service exists, and I'm worried I have been scammed

I have returned a pair of ballet shoes (paid for postage) and had no confirmation, no refund and I have contacted the company numerous times and have had absolutely no response! I will never buy from this company again!

Items came ok - Customer service is not great as have asked for VAT receipt numerous times to be ignored so will not order from this company going forward
Out of stock item that they didn’t tell me about and left me waiting for weeks and weeks!
I ordered three items and only received two due to the order being split. I waited weeks and weeks for the final item to arrive, to the point I had to email the company directly for an update. To where they replied days later informing me that the item has actually been out of stock this whole time with no update on when it would be restocked. I think it is unacceptable given the fact that they couldn’t be bothered to tell me that or refund me straight away. Not happy and no very stressed as I need to find another alternative!!
Don’t use unless you’re happy to lose money
I unfortunately wouldn’t use these again. It’s a shame as the outfit my daughter finally received, after the first size being too small, is actually lovely and received in a reasonable time. However the refund process is absolutely shocking. Item returned due to too small, new item ordered as wouldn’t exchange but item was delivered with proof of delivery from Royal Mail and still waiting for a refund after 28 days. While unfortunately if you look at their terms it does say can take up to 28 days I have never known a company to ever take so long. Surely doesn’t do their accounting system any favours either.
Such a shame as it has really let them down. I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.

Not great customer service…
Not great customer service unfortunately. Ordered two items (two different sizes of the same skirt), then was contacted to say one was out of stock. I asked for that to be refunded but that I still wished to receive the other item. Both items were then cancelled. I had to re-order again, and when this item arrived it was the wrong size. I've had to send this item back at my own expense, & wasted nearly 3 weeks trying to buy an item which I have now had to source elsewhere. Still waiting for a refund on the incorrectly sent item.

Disappointed with my first experience of this company. I have been waiting for a refund for over a month. There is no direct way of contacting apart from email (slow in responding).
