Sonia was very helpful and attentive / responsive to all my calls and queries in a very timely manner at every step of the way. I cannot recommed this firm, and Sonia especially, highly enough. Things have changed somewhat since I last bought a property some 17 odd years ago. The new process can be a little daunting, esp' around the matter of money laundring and fraud, but Sonia helped me navigate all the steps I needed to go through.

I dealt with Megan Koxha throughout the sale of my late mum’s house. Right from the first communication I felt trust in Megan her knowledge, kindness was there throughout and nothing seemed to be a problem even when dealing with buyers solicitors her professionalism shone through I feel Megan is a great asset to the company thank you from the heart.

DC Law made the process of selling a house very easy, in addition as the house was part of a probate sale, there were mutiple solicitors and estate agents involved but DC Law kept me informed at all stages, liaising with all the other parties. In particular, the sales conveyancer Lisa Rimmer was extremely helpful and made the sale an easy process.

Overall I would give the service 5 stars
The portal was an excellent system and Nasir was flexible about making adaptations in our particular circumstances. He was always prompt in communication and that included a number of telephone calls rather than relying on emails. Talking to the person actually responsible makes a huge difference.

This is the second time we have used DC LAW and we have been very happy with the service both times. Lisa Rimmer handled our case and she was very friendly, helpful and professional throughout. The case was very difficult and lengthy for us due to factors outside of Lisa or DC Laws control, but Lisa continued to work quickly and efficiently to ensure that her part of the process was handled with as little stress as possible for us! The automated online service was good and a good way to keep track of the sale, however I felt that the lack of human communication or the time taken for a human response to answer a query was too long. Overall though the service worked well and everything went through smoothly

Huge Thank you to Nasreen Akhtar for going above and beyond in the exchange and completion of sale of my dads property in super quick time, so we didnt loose our buyers. All the time keeping us informed and explaining in a way I could understand, during an exceptionally stressful and emotional time for me. Even when she was very poorly her self and should have been off sick, she was still on the case. I can highly recommend her. And would give her more than 5 stars if it was possible.
