I ordered a set for for my 3m peltor ear protection.
It was suposed to be sent within two days and like some reviews over here it got the acknowledgement that the order was received and the payment.
Afterwards nothing.
I have sent a email but no reply.
Still have to call. Them and lets see what happens.
Up untill now i'm not happy with this webshop

The issue has been resolved, I got my money back.

I paid for a carving set with a "sent within 15 work days" guarantee where I waited more than a month and the order was still being processed, I had not received any information about why it was taking so long or when I could expect them to send it to me, so I canceled my order.
Once they read my poor review of them here, my case was handled exceptionally fast and I promptly got my money back.
4 stars for their fast response to my review and subsequent refund. Would have given 5 stars if I had received the carving set I had ordered, but it was sold out.

I have ordered some parts for my lawnmower, I paid for it, but my order never arrived.
I emailed them so many times with no answer.
They answered the phone, but they put me on hold for so long so I had to hang up.
I paid 170€ for nothing.

I ordered some arborist gear which was delayed due to 3rd party supply chain issues. Thomas in Wolfswinkel took the trouble to explain the delay and to offer an immediate refund if required. The issue was resolved,by e mail, with no fuss. Communication was courteous and in excellent English. I would recommend this company.

I bought a Goodnature a24 rat control device.
I'm very satisfied with the fast delivery and the quality of the product. The situation is already under control within 2 weeks. Very grateful.
Sadly, the website doesn't allow reviews, otherwise I'd explain how we proceeded with the goodnature device to get such a result over a short period of time. The way we used the device was a little different than what's explained in the manual, f.i. the attractant cards and fluid.

Ik kocht een Goodnature a24 rattenbestrijdingstoestel. Ik ben zeer tevreden over de snelle levering en de kwaliteit van het product. De situatie is onder controle binnen de 2 weken. Daar ben ik dankbaar voor.
Jammer genoeg laat de website zelf geen reviews toe, anders zou ik neerschrijven hoe we het aanpakten om in zo korte tijd goed resultaat te hebben met het toestel. Deze methode verschilde een klein beetje van de handleiding bij het toestel vooral bij het gebruik van de lokkaartjes en lokstof.

I ordered a wood splitter, September 9, 2022 and paid 155,99 Euro, and got a confirmation of Payment and order. I should have received the product within 14. days. Since I have not got any information since then, I checked the link to view the status of my order today, but the link is empty, so it seems that the order - and may be the money has disappeard.
