professional clinic, pleasant atmosphere and skilled dentist Mette. their charismatic receptionist Sabine. she is the one who makes you fall in love with the clinic, and her ;) Would recommend to everyone

It was my first time visiting the clinic and was treated by the dentist Mathias Dall. Everyone at the clinic was warm and welcoming. Mathias not only addressed and solved my concern when visiting, but also performed a full inspection of my teeth, thoroughly cleaned them and took xrays. He detected a couple of issues that would need to be fixed and delivered a written description and budget for those. I should also praise him for treating me in a relaxed and reassuring way, explaining his procedure. Visiting a new dentist in a different country may be unsettling but you will be in good, professional hands here.

Great team of doctors, nurses and receptionists. Very welcoming, efficient and offer quite affordable prices. I personally get my treatments with Dr. Mathias Dall and he is very professional, realistic and great at taking care of the small details all during and after a treatment. Also very friendly and always smilling. Highly recommended.

HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY RUDE DENTIST.

I missed my previous appointment and instead of saying hello, the dentist - Mathias Dall ridiculed me by rudely saying "Good you showed up this time"!

Then without even asking what issue I had or looking at my teeth or explaining me the need, Mathias Dall told the nurse to take 2 X-rays!!! Exposing the patient to radiations + costly imaging, without any clarifications is unacceptable!

After the checkup, I asked if I needed cleaning, he said yes because I had stones. When I expressed I do not like his non-professional approach, where he took 2 X-rays without stating the reasons, he said, I don't need a cleaning. It is ridiculous, how the dentist changed his opinion depending on his mood!

He repeatedly and rudely kept stressing about the missed appointment and said, "Here, in Denmark, when you make an appointment, you show up". This happened despite me apologizing for the mistake more than once. I think Mathias was not ready to treat a "Non-Danish" patient, and simply wanted to school me about what is right and what is wrong in Denmark.

When I expressed that I would like to speak to the clinic owner to express how badly I am being treated, he "LIED" by saying he is the head. The website clearly mentions Britt Lilja is the chief. In addition, Mathias rudely mentioned that I should not come to the center again.

As a Doctor/Dentist, one takes an oath to treat the patients to the best of their ability despite gender, race, religion..... YET I was not treated well in this clinic.
