Never Again!
As a first-time customer, my experience with Debenhams has been extremely disappointing.
I placed an order for a garden awning after seeing an advertised free delivery promotion and entered the promotional code during checkout. Instead, I was charged £14.99 for a Debenhams Unlimited delivery subscription, which I did not knowingly intend to purchase.
Rather than resolving the issue quickly, I have had to exchange multiple emails explaining the same situation. I have even been asked to provide screenshots of the promotional code, despite the promotion being advertised on Debenhams’ own website.
To make matters worse, while trying to resolve the disputed charge, I have received no meaningful update regarding the delivery of my order—no dispatch notification and no indication of when it will arrive.
I have asked Debenhams to cancel the subscription, refund the £14.99 charge and explain how the subscription came to be added to my order, but I am still waiting for a satisfactory resolution.
Based on my experience so far, I would have purchased the item elsewhere had the checkout process been clearer. This has not been the level of customer service I expected from a well-known retailer.

It's a shame I can't give no stars. I ordered an item of makeup and because I'm going away I paid £5.99 for next day delivery. Two days later and the courier still don't have my item, I contacted them and was told if I don't have the item by the 21st July (it's now 12th July) I can use a link to claim it back!! I'm absolutely disgusted with them. Another issue I'm battling is the scam of adding on a £2.99 delivery protection and if you don't want it you have to uncheck the box, I didn't notice so I'm now trying to get that back, I've been told no so asked for my complaint to go to a manager and was just told no again without it being sent to a manager.

Bought this as an extra mattress for our Tentbox. It's not the thickest mattress but does the job to make it more comfy when camping. It also folds in half, so it can be packed away as part of the Tentbox and stored on top of the car, rather than inside the car.

My order arrived today by dpd opened i mean fully open with my orders hanging out the bag so I asked the driver what had happened and he told me that the parcel was in a box with the rest of other parcels and when he took it out it was like that , to me it looked like it had been cut open as the edges were completely straight but I was lucky the items were still there but that was by complete luck , I have also put the same review on here for dpd as well because I don't know who's fault it is,but they both want to get their acts together as this is not good service that I had to pay for .
