Ripped off
Ordered 2 hand held fans 10 pound each shipping supposed to be 4.99 so that would have been 25 pound was charged 15 pound shipping and received 1 fan so was still charged 25 pound couldn't get in touch to rectify this won't be ordering again after being a regular customer for many years disgusting service.

Mac lipstick
Ordered on 7th July still not received, only a lipstick so can’t see why it’s taking so long. I ordered a lipstick from Debenhams before and that never arrived also, they sent a replacement and that did arrive.
